...JULIO WEAKENS TO A TROPICAL DEPRESSION...
...ALL WARNINGS FOR MEXICO HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED...

AT 8 PM...0000Z...THE GOVERNMENT OF MEXICO HAS DISCONTINUED ALL
WARNINGS FOR THE BAJA CALIFORNIA PENINSULA AND FOR THE SOUTHWESTERN
COAST OF MAINLAND MEXICO.

FOR STORM INFORMATION SPECIFIC TO YOUR AREA...INCLUDING POSSIBLE
INLAND WATCHES AND WARNINGS...PLEASE MONITOR PRODUCTS ISSUED
BY YOUR LOCAL WEATHER OFFICE.

AT 800 PM PDT...0300Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION JULIO WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 28.0 NORTH...LONGITUDE 112.7 WEST OR ABOUT 55
MILES... 85 KM...NORTH-NORTHWEST OF SANTA ROSALIA MEXICO.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR 7 MPH...
14 KM/HR. THIS GENERAL MOTION...ALONG WITH SOME FLUCTUATIONS IN
FORWARD SPEED...IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO.  ON THE
FORECAST TRACK...THE CENTER OF JULIO IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ALONG THE
EAST-CENTRAL COAST OF THE BAJA CALIFORNIA PENINSULA TONIGHT...AND 
BE NEAR OR OVER THE NORTHERN GULF OF CALIFORNIA ON TUESDAY.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  GRADUAL WEAKENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO AND
JULIO COULD DEGENERATE INTO A REMNANT LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM BY
WEDNESDAY.

THE ESTIMATED MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1002 MB...29.59 INCHES.

JULIO COULD PRODUCE TOTAL RAINFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES
OVER PORTIONS OF THE CENTRAL BAJA CALIFORNIA PENINSULA AND INTO
NORTHWESTERN MEXICO...WITH ISOLATED MAXIMUM AMOUNTS OF 10 INCHES
POSSIBLE. MOISTURE FROM JULIO IS EXPECTED TO REACH THE SOUTHWESTERN
UNITED STATES OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS...POSSIBLY PRODUCING
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES.

REPEATING THE 800 PM PDT POSITION...28.0 N...112.7 W.  MOVEMENT
TOWARD...NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR 7 MPH.  MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS...35
MPH.  MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE...1002 MB.

AN INTERMEDIATE ADVISORY WILL BE ISSUED BY THE NATIONAL HURRICANE
CENTER AT 1100 PM PDT FOLLOWED BY THE NEXT COMPLETE ADVISORY AT 200
AM PDT.
