Welcome to the Tigran Petrosian 75th Anniversary Memorial Tournment, to held in Stepanakert, Karabakh from March 8-18, 2004.

The event is a Category 13 closed tournament with some of the best players from Europe and the region. Live games transmission for the first time ever from Karabakh as well as exclusive commentary from such stars as former World Champion Boris Spassky from the tournament hall will be covered by the press center here in Stepanakert.

The competition promises to be first-rate as dynamic and creative chess awaits us all. Tune in often for updates, news stories, and more from the homepage of the Tigran Petrosian Memorial.
