Project ExCEL: Building Language for Literacy Plus

Provides systematic, intensive, and on-going training to the staff of full-day classrooms of five high-quality Head Start programs (13 classrooms at 11 sites) in Oregon.

Oregon Parental Information and Resource Center (OR PIRC)

Provides resources, information, and training to educators and family members throughout Oregon, with a focus on Hispanic and low-income families, to create meaningful school-family partnerships for youth success.

Classroom to Community and Back

Provides strategies to actively engage students (especially those who are typically disengaged) by tapping into their family, community, and youth culture.
