English Bill of Rights

The English Bill of Rights, 1 W. & M. sess. 2, ch. 2, was enacted by the second session of the Convention Parliament on Dec. 16, 1689. This statute enacted the Declaration of Rights into statutory law, with certain additions and alterations.
