This weeks question is from Masterfang:
Hello,
Masterfang here.
I was actually curious, though I've seen a few of you talk about your thoughts on the matter, I'd like to know the general consensus of the GG's, considering you're kind of in the middle of all this, being girls, but also being gamers:
What are your thoughts on Fat Princess? Does it objectify women? Is it in a negative way? Or is it a fun looking romp with hilarious hi-jinx?
Cheers and God speed.

So it seems the highly talked about Fable 2 is going to be shipping without its most promising feature: Online Co-Op. Oh Peter Molyneux, why must you promise us things and not fall through? On the bright side Microsoft is promising an update within the first week of its release in North America to put this feature in the game. You will still be able to see your friends as floating orbs and get to talk/trade with them regardless.
Don't forget the game ships out on Oct 21 so you still have plenty of time to pre-order!

Soon Tomb Raider Underworld will be upon us. Lara Croft has been around for many years. She has had many games, and even two movies. So here are some great quotes from both video games and movies alike. Lady Croft if you please . . .

With the sucsess of Iron Man and The Dark Knight, you can bet we will be seeing plenty more comic book movies. The latest comic to go to Hollywood is Fathom. Fathom is a comic published by Top Cow Productions and debuted in 1998. The project has been in development since back in 2001 when James Cameron's Lightstorm Entertainment acquired the rights for the comic. While the script is still being shopped around for rewrite it has been confirmed that Megan Fox has signed on as the lead role of Aspen. No word yet on a possible release date.
Microsoft has announced that Banjo-Kazooie for the N64 is being remade to be released on the XBLA on November 26, 2008, the day before Thanksgiving. The game will retail at 1200 MS points. The new and improved Banjo-Kazooie will have have upgraded graphics and more importantly, achievement and gamerscore support.
Gears of War 2 is in the middle of a pre-order freebie war. First we had the Amazon Lancer replica, and now we have the Best Buy remote controlled Centaur tank. Decisions decisions! What's a girl to do?!
After a 12 hour countdown Bungie released a cg trailer. It is definitely short so if you don't pay attention you may be slightly lost. You may have to even watch it again to realize those are ODST pods falling from the sky. Then you will notice all the other details including the sign that clearly says "New Mombasa". Yes, apparently it is a campaign expansion for Halo 3... The trailer even hints at a possible release of 01/06/09.

With the rapidly approaching release of Wrath of The Lich King, it seems fans have Warcraft fever. So much so that some are willing to create ellaborate schemes based around the coveted beta keys in order to phish your account. One such email reached my inbox last week.
I couldn't believe what I had received: a beta key to the new expansion. I was excited, sure... as any WOW fan would be. When I got home from work that night I eagerly clicked the link provided, entered the beta key along with my username and password, and hit the large "continue" button.
In case you haven't seen the new YouTube "Experience Wii" page with the video of the Wario Land: Shake It!, it's something you definitely wanna check out.
Maybe I am just easily amused, but I dunno, I thought this was pretty badass. I cannot embed it, so you will just have to click on the link to find out what all the hype is about. Oh, and make sure you watch it to the end, without fast forwarding, or you will miss it.
