Grand final re-match
It has been a memorable final series. There have been fairytale runs, last-gasp wins and off-field controversy galore.
Despite the upsets, for the second consecutive year the McIntyre system has thrown up a grand final between first and second. And just like last year, it is Manly versus Melbourne.

Deja vu for the Tri Colours
The 30-13 loss for the Sydney Roosters against the New Zealand Warriors is a case of deja vu for the tri colours. For the second week running the Roosters ran into the sheds at half-time leading by more than a converted try, but as with the loss against the Brisbane Broncos, they were overrun in the second half without scoring a point.
