Even Regina's driveways get into the spirit of the Labour Day Classic. The Gropp family had their driveway completely redone with an 18 foot wide, 16 foot long Saskatchewan Roughriders logo.

Members of the Ticats visited the Northern Quebec Cree community of Ouje-Bougoumou, the site of this year’s True North Wellness Football Camp, one of a series of weeklong programs intended to empower native children through sport.

The Tiger-Cats used a game of touch football with kids in the Cree community of Ouje-Bougoumou to officially scratch one name off their list of potential starting quarterbacks: DB Nick Kordic. 

6'6, 315 pound Hamilton offensive lineman J.P. Bekasiak was a giant amongst children when the Ticats visited the Northern Quebec Cree community of Ouje-Bougoumou. J.P. was as a guest coach in the weeklong program to empower Natives through sport.
