Carrollton program rewards those who recycle
The city of Carrollton and Allied Waste have teamed up to become the first city in Texas to offer benefits through Recyclebank, in which residents earn redeemable points, based upon the amount of recycling collected from their neighborhood. The points can be used at local and national restaurants and retailers.
