Soldiers taking steps to do Dallas' White Rock Marathon – from Iraq

U.S. soldiers in Iraq are training for a marathon that will take place ain conjunction with the Dallas White Rock Marathon on Dec. 14.

Limiting race gives more space for runners
Matt Lucas, who knew Dallas Arboretum officials wanted to start a race, introduced Stacy Mullikin and Arboretum board president and CEO Mary Brinegar. The partnership has resulted in the Lennox International Tour Des Fleurs 10K and 20K. The third-year event has emerged as one of the area's premier fall events.
