breakthrough ideas in syllabus and teaching methods.
Vice Chairman, was till a few years ago the National Creative Director of J. Walter Thompson. A many times award winner band a recipient of the CAG Hall of Fame, he has worked on and helped to build some of India’s best-known brands, like Air-India, Philips, Sunsilk, Lux, Welcomgroup of Hotels, Horlicks, Godrej, Hamdard and many others. He has designed and conducted workshops for the advertising industry and for global training programs of J. Walter Thompson. He was part of the international team that gave shape to the Thompson Total Branding Protocol. He has lectured at IIM Ahmedabad, S.P. Jain Institute, the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, to name a few, and he has addressed international advertising conferences in Cairo and the Philippines.

academics having 23 years of experience in teaching. He has worked as
Director of prominent Management Institute in Mumbai for 2 years. He
has authored one book on Export Marketing and another on Environmental
Studies. He has special interest in organizing industrial visits for
students and has vision of making AICAR as University in next 5 years.

Mrunal is a Doctorate in Business Administration (Marketing) from
University if Bombay (1979) and has a rich experience in the Indian
Pharmaceutical Industry. He served companies like BOEHRINGER-KNOLL,
MERIND (MERCK SHARP & DOHME) & LUPIN LABS before starting his own 2
professional organizations as Management Consultant. He was associated
with NMIMS University, Mumbai as a Visiting Faculty for Marketing
Research, Strategic Management & Corporate Governance in Global Markets.
He has published several articles in Strategic and Marketing Management
in national journals and a textbook on 'Control of Sales Force' for the
benefit of practicing Filed Sales Managers of the Pharmaceutical
Industry and Students of Marketing Management.
Dr. Shashidharan Kutty
(Dy. Director - Banking, Finance & Insurance)
Dr. Shashidharan Kutty who heads the specialization of banking,
finance and insurance , is one of India’s very few PhDs in the area of
life Insurance fundamentals. An alumni of the National Insurance
Academy, he was engaged for over two decades with LIC where he
pioneered initiatives like Total Quality Management, CRM and
Organizational Transformation. He has authored many works including
the comprehensive work “Managing Life Insurance” which is designed as
a standard reference for industry practitioners and students.
Dr. M. R. Menon (Dean -
Dr. M. R. Menon is a Doctorate in Economics. He has submitted Thesis
in Oil Marketing and vivavoca is expected by Oct. 2008 for D.litt
degree. Dr. Menon has over 35 years of Industry experience in
marketing with his association of Indian Oil – covering retail,
consumer, agency, LPG, public relations, management services and human
resources. Dr. Menon has over 10 years of faculty experience. Dr.
Menon is true a practitioner of the dictum “Learn while you Earn” as
he completed all academic and professional qualifications – Inter (I
Class), BA Hons. and MA Hons. in Economics (under scholarship),
Diploma in Marketing Management (Jamnalal Bajaj) and a Doctorate from
Mumbai University while in service.
Dr. Menon is the founding member and first Secretary of Indian
National Suggestions Scheme Association (INSSAN) established in 1997
in Mumbai – the foremost Body in India who conceptualized scope and
potential of Suggestion Scheme to improve productivity in work place.
Dr. Menon has travelled widely in India and abroad and is extremely
pleasing, agile and active with a philosophical outlook of life.
Anand Kurian had an exceptional academic career at some of India’s best
institutions - Bombay Scottish School, St Xavier’s and Govt Law College.
He stood first in his division at the Cambridge ISC examination,
outranking IIT, IIM, IIT-IIM, and GS Med students. At law, he topped
moot courts in city, state and the country.
Anand Kurian trained at Griner, Cuesta & Schrom, New York, one of the
largest advertising film companies. Since then, his company has produced
commercials for every multinational major, from Coca Cola and Lays to
P&G and Unilever. He has written 'The Peddler of Soaps', a novel that
was on the India Today best-seller list and was supported by luminaries
from Vir Sanghvi to Shabana Azmi.
Anand Kurian has developed three original management concepts – Reality
Plus, Simulated Obsolescence and the Afghanistan Syndrome. He lectures
at the IIM, the Indian Institute of Management; his lectures and keynote
addresses are published in the Business Standard, the Hindustan Times
and professional journals.
Mr. Bharucha, an
award winning and triple Emmy nominee producer/director, has been in the
TV and motion picture industry for over 30 years on 3 continents. His
career spans from a film cameraman and later producer at the BBC in
London to executive producer for PBS, A&E, CNN and several other
companies in the States to producing and directing international motion
pictures and commercials in India. He was also the CEO of TV Asia the
largest cable- satellite Asian TV channel in the USA.
Cyrus Bharucha has also been
a lecturer on filmmaking, broadcast journalism and the history of the
cinema in many institutions and colleges in the USA-including Ohio
State, American University, The Smithsonian Institute, symphony halls
and museums. He was also a film trainer at the BBC film and TV school in
