Sherri A. Feuston, of Selma Indiana, was arrested by Delaware County Sheriff’s Department for sitting on her 9 year old son’s chest and scratching b*tch onto his forehead.
The Selma Elementary school fourth grader showed up at school on Tuesday with the b-word scratched on his forehead. Delaware County investigator Nancy Marvin said: “When little kids at school came up asking him what happened to his forehead, he became embarrassed and cried. It made his face red. It stood out even more, which made it worse.”
School officials notified police who questioned the 30 year old mother and photographed the boy’s forehead. Feuston claims she was just playing around. She said she sat on the boy’s chest and wrote the word as they were roughhousing.
Feuston was arrested on charges of neglect of a dependent, battery and criminal confinement. She is being held in Delaware County jail on $20,000 bond. She will appear before a judge on Monday for her first court hearing. Her three children, who were all in the home at the time of the alleged assault, have been placed in the care of other family members.

Bettie Page, a famous pin-up girl from the 1950’s, suffered a heart attack earlier this week and has been hospitalized in Los Angeles. She remains in intensive care and is reportedly in a coma.
“She’s critically ill”, reports Mark Roesler of the Curtis Management Group. “She has been one of our biggest clients, right up there with Marilyn Monroe.”
The 85 year old former model gained fame in 1955 when she was featured in the centerfold of Playboy magazine, as one of their early Playmates of the Month. She became known for her fetish modeling and racy pin-up photos.
Page’s signature jet black hair and trademark bangs have reportedly influenced many artist. She developed a significant cult following in the 1980’s that continues today. Her 1990’s autograph signing sessions netted her $200-$300 apiece. Several cult epic movies were released in 2005 including Bettie Page: Pin-Up Queen and Bettie Page: Bondage Queen.

Shia LaBeouf, Eagle Eye star, has been recovering from a serious hand injury that he suffered in a July 27 rollover. He had extensive surgery on his crushed hand immediately after the accident and was able to complete filming of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
His latest project, Dark Fields, is another matter. The role would have had LaBeouf’s character stumbling upon a one-of-a-kind smart pill. Production has already been delayed and apparently can’t wait any longer so the action film, directed by Neil Burger, will move along without Shia.
LaBeouf, whose injury was far more serious than most thought, will undergo another procedure to repair the area around his thumb. Check out photos of the crash here.

OJ Simpson appeared for sentencing today at the County Regional Justice Center in Las Vegas. Judge Glass meted out a sentence of 15 years, to be served concurrently. He was found guilty on 12 counts on October 3, 2008, the thirteenth anniversary of his acquittal in the murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman.
The former NFL Heisman trophy winner will be eligible for parole in five years on the kidnapping count but with additional concurrent sentences, he isn’t likely to be up for parole for 9 years.
Judge Glass said at sentencing, “The evidence was overwhelming.” OJ and accomplice Clarence Stewart were both convicted by the same jury and received the same sentence.
After sentencing, OJ tearfully told the judge, “I didn’t want to hurt anybody. I didn’t do anything wrong. I stand before you somewhat confused.” He continued in a rambling fashion and uttered “sorry” four times.
Simpson has four living children: Arnelle Simpson, 40, and Jason Simpson, 38, from OJ’s first marriage. His infant daughter Aaren drowned in the family swimming pool before her second birthday. OJ also has two children from his marriage to Nicole: Sydney Simpson is 22 and Justin Simpson is 20.

Steve Dahl, a Chicago radio fixture for more than 30 years, told his Jack Fm listeners that today would be his last broadcast.
“This is our last show here,” Dahl said this morning on his WJMK-FM 104.3 radio show.
“They were saying, ‘Well, do a couple of weeks, a farewell.’” Dahl said. “I said, ‘It’s not a farewell. You guys are taking me off the air. I’m not retiring.’ … “I still have 2 1/2 years left on my deal so, quite frankly, I’m not letting them out of it.”
Dahl, famous for his song parodies and impressions, is considered a pioneer in talk radio and has been influential for many other radio personalities.
He took an “every guy” approach to life in Chicago and often told stories about his life and family.
The radio industry is feeling the crunch of the economic crisis, and advertisers and digital technology have increasngly splintered the audience.
Dahl writes a column for the Chicago Tribune, and said he can continue to “write for the paper, do some TV things and who knows what else” but says he will stay off the radio for the remainder of his contract.

Guitar virtuoso, 52 year old Joe Satriani has filed a lawsuit against the British band Coldplay, charging that a ’substantial original portion’ of their song Viva La Vida is strikingly similar to his 2004 instrumental If I Could Fly.
It was just announced that Coldplay has received seven Grammy nominations for their album Viva La Vida.
The copyright infringement suit was filed in Los Angeles federal court on December 4. Satriani has asked for a jury trial, damages and profits from Viva La Vida.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Aniston addressed pregnancy rumors and caused a stir by using the term motherf***ers.
