Terms and Conditions for Telegraph Subscription Offers

Due to the exceptional nature of any of the subscription offers (which apply to redemptions in the UK only and being personal are non-transferable) we regret that except for the initial 14 day money-back guarantee, no allowances or extensions of the special offer will apply. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offers may not be open to existing or previous subscribers.

Subscribers in the Channel Islands and other remote areas of the UK should note that newspaper supply can be affected by adverse weather conditions and as such supply cannot be guaranteed every day.

1. Payment

You can either pay for your subscription on a fixed term basis or by monthly, quarterly or annual direct debit. On commencement of your subscription, you will be sent vouchers which can be redeemed at participating stores throughout the country. Thereafter you will continue to receive vouchers every 13 weeks for the duration of your subscription. Please note that if you choose to have your newspapers delivered you will be liable for any delivery charges applied by your newsagent.

1.1 Fixed Term: If you chose to pay on a fixed term basis you must pay for either 26 or 52 weeks in advance. You will receive your vouchers in 13 week sets. Payment can be made by cheque to the address below or by telephoning 0800 33 20 20 or online if you have an email or letter voucher code at www.telegraph.co.uk/subscribe. Upon receipt and acceptance of your order and payment we will inform you of the date on which your subscription will begin and send you your vouchers before this date.

1.2 Direct Debit: If you choose to pay for your subscription by direct debit (DD) you can do so by mail to the address below, by telephoning 0800 33 20 20 or online if you have a email or letter voucher code at www.telegraph.co.uk/subscribe. Upon payment by DD the DD Guarantee will apply. The DD Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the DD Scheme. This means that:

1.2.1 The efficiency and security of the Scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank or Building Society.

1.2.2 If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change, Telegraph Media Group Limited will notify you at least 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.

1.2.3 If an error is made by Telegraph Media Group Limited or your Bank or Building Society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.

1.2.4 You can cancel the Continuous Direct Debit at any time by writing to your Bank or Building Society. Please also send a copy of your letter to us.

1.3 On acceptance of your DD subscription and payment we will inform you of the date on which your subscription will begin and send you your vouchers before this date. You will receive your vouchers in 13 week sets. The subscription is deemed continuous and you will be charged every month/quarter/year as appropriate. You will receive the applicable vouchers every 13 weeks until you cancel in line with the procedures below.

2. Money-back Guarantee and Cancellation

2.1 If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your subscription (having chosen any method of payment) at any time during the first 14 days by calling 0800 33 20 20 and we will give you a full refund, otherwise a minimum subscription period of 6 months applies.

2.2 If you decide to cancel your DD subscription, upon cancelling, you must return any unredeemed or unexpired vouchers to us within 28 days of cancellation.
