There are many US government fraud strategies.
Before we get into what they are, however, let’s be very clear that the current rogue government has nothing to do with the Republic that was set up by the founders over 200 years ago.

GOVERNMENT FRAUD STRATEGIES: CONTROL OF EDUCATION
One of the government fraud strategies that’s been used is to control the American education system.
Robert Gaylon Ross, Sr. put out a book called the “Who’s Who of the Elite”. Through his research we can see how completely those furthering government fraud strategies have infiltrated our government departments, Congress, universities, media, major industry, law firms, charities, etc.
This is done primarily through three groups already mentioned: the Bilderberg Society, Council on Foreign Relations (see Historic Figures of the Freemasonry), and the Trilateral Commission.
The list of members to these three groups from 1991-1999 listed people like David T. Kearns (Dept. of Education), Vartan Gregorian (Pres. Brown Univ.), Quigg Newton (Pres. Colorado Univ.), Nathan Glazer (Prof. Harvard), Harry Woolf (Director, Princeton Institute for Advanced Studies), etc. These are only five members on a list that numbers hundreds inside our American education system.
One major area our schools do an injustice to our children is to keep them from understanding the true fundamentals of a democratic society. Rather than getting “educated”, students have reduced to being “trained”.
In order for our Republic to work correctly, the citizens need to be able to think critically. They must understand the concept of freedom. They must be able to see beyond media propaganda and understand that our so-called “leaders” have turned our country into a fascist dictatorship (fascism definition).
Instead, students are merely trained not to think for themselves. They are to obey the leaders and system without question. They are taught to obey, do as they’re told, and if they do, they have a great chance to move up and become an obedient supervisor themselves. The idea is to churn out “worker bees” who do their compartmentalized job, go home, watch propaganda on the tube, and do it again.
GOVERNMENT FRAUD STRATEGIES: CONTROL OF THE MEDIA
Another of the government fraud strategies is complete control of the media.
Reporters for the major news outlets have been told what they can and cannot say. They spread propaganda and lies concerning topics such as global warming (Arguments Against Global Warming), the war on terror (Defining the War on Terrorism), drugs, gangs, etc.
The idea is to scare the populace into believing that there are all kinds of people and situations that are of dire threat to them.
This, in turn, convinces the people that they need the government to protect them. This, in turn, allows them to accept a government that slowly, but surely, passes laws that circumvent everything the United States Constitution stands for.
