Spring Petals Scarf

This scarf was made using 2 balls of this very soft, smooth Pima Cotton yarn from Cascade.

To make this scarf you will need approx. 220 yards
(more for a longer scarf) of any soft worsted weight
yarn and a size "H" crochet hook.

Ch 25

Row 1: 3 DC in 5th ch from hook, skip next 3 ch, 1 SC in next
ch, *ch 3, 3 DC in same ch as last SC, skip 3 ch, 1 SC in next
ch, repeat from *, ending with 1 SC in last ch, turn.

Row 2: Ch 4, 3 DC in first ch, skip [1 SC, 3 DC], 1 SC in ch
3 space, *Ch 3, 3 DC in same ch space as last SC, skip
[1 SC, 3 DC], 1 SC in next ch 3 space, repeat from *, work
last SC under ch 4, turn.

Repeat row 2 to desired length. FO and weave in ends.

Note: To begin the second row, after turning, you chain 4 and then you will be working 3 dc into the first chain of the turning chain that you just made.

Hi, I don't know if you will read this, but I really like your spring petals scarf pattern. Could you please describe in more detail how to follow the second half of your directions (starting from the second row)? Thank you so much!
