Wow I have just the same promblem here but I have already called microsoft and I should me getting it next week suposly

Man those red rings are something else. I figure MS would have worked out all the kinks by now. On my 3rd Xbox 360. Kinda odd because I had a day 1 launch Xbox 1 and never had a problem until the very end of its life cycle (about a month before 360 launch) and that problem was only because my power supply developed a short from moving the xbox alot over a 5 year period.
