Goemon, Ebisumaru, Sasuke, and Yae once again team up to take on a bad guy threatening the world in this fourth Goemon title for the Super Famicom (SNES). This time around, the evil Maguamuge has attacked Goemon Impact's home planet (Goemon Impact is Goemon's oversized mech friend) and is about to take over the planet's four moons as well. Gameplay is a typical mixture of platform hopping and exploration, with plenty of whacking enemies with Goemon's pipe, Ebisumaru's yoyo, or chopping them up with Sasuke's and Yae's swords. The 24 megabit cartridge packs plenty of different environments, ranging from deserts to hi-tech towns, controllable vehicles, 3D boss fights, mini-games, and an elaborate soundtrack that mixes the old with the new. A four-player mode is also included. Released only in Japan.
