Payday Lending Law Ruled Unconstitutional in Arkansas:

AARP Foundation Litigation and AARP Arkansas, which leads a statewide coalition working to stop abusive payday lending, teamed up to successfully urge the Arkansas Supreme Court to strike down a state law that allows payday loans with interest rates above the state constitution's limit. more>
