UcanDoIt on Sky Sports

UcanDOit is a series of short programmes made by Sky Sports designed to get YOU involved in sport!

From rugby to rowing, football to fencing, boxing to badminton, we will give you a brief rundown of 40 sports and tell you just how you can take part.

Keep an eye out throughout the summer for the five-minute shows that are the perfect guide to getting into one of the many, many sports available throughout the UK - for the young and old.

We will see children learning about the sport, hear from those who are involved in promoting the sport and of course from the men and women at the very top of their sport, to see just how they got involved as a youngster and what they think of the schemes and initiatives on show.

There will be contact details at the end of every show so you can find out more for yourself.
