The X-Files

means the story has a significant part for AD Skinner.

Corral Dust MSR, D/R UST, M/D friendship
An investigation in Texas leads Doggett to an unexpected encounter with an old friend. Written for the 2004 TexPhiles challenge. My first ever challenge fic. (I write too slow.)

Indebted (DRR with a dash of Follmer off screen)
Monica acknowledges a debt. This vignette won first place Spooky Awards in 2003 for Outstanding Characterization of Monica Reyes and Outstanding Post-Episode or Missing Scene Stories.

Restitution (MSR, DRR)
Skinner sends Doggett & Reyes on a case that will have a profound effect on the lives of Mulder & Scully. This is a VS10 episode that assumes "The Truth" never happened. (If only it hadn't!) Co-written with FabulousMonster. This story won four first place Spooky Awards in 2003: Outstanding Characterization of John Doggett, Outstanding Mytharc Story, Outstanding Doggett/Reyes Casefile Story, and Outstanding Mulder/Scully Romance/Relationship Story. We also won Honorable Mention in the Outstanding Collaborations category and since this was the only thing we collaborated on, it had to be for this.

Universal Solvent (DRR)
Doggett is ready, at last. Co-written with Philiater. This story won two 2002 Spooky Awards: First place for "Outstanding non-nc17 Doggett/Reyes Romance" and third place for "Outstanding Doggett Characterization."

La Estrella de la MaƱana (SRR)
Pillow talk between Skinner and Reyes.

Capital Offense (SSR,MSR)
Samantha Mulder is found alive and well, but facing imminent death. Meant to replace SUZ/Closure in the timeline and give us an *understandable* explanation for what happened to Samantha. This story won two 2002 Spooky Awards: First place for "Outstanding Scully/other" and second place for "Outstanding Story Set in Texas."

Truth & Consequences (MSR)
Post-ep for Two Fathers/One Son. Scully has some evidence that could put Cancerman away for good and could permanently destroy her relationship with Mulder. Co-written with Shoshana.

Don't Close Your Eyes Tonight Series (SSR)
These stories won first and second place in the Scully/other category of the 2001 Spooky Awards.

Gray Ghosts (MSR)
Mulder, Scully, and The Lone Gunmen go ghostbusting at the United States Military Academy.

Heart Turned Inwards Series-- (MSR) The original 'Heart Turned Inwards' was a simple post-Requiem vignette. People asked for sequels, so I've written some. I'll keep it going as long as I can find angles that interest me. Although Skinner isn't actually *in* any of these stories, he is remembered fondly and significantly in four of them, hence the

The Four Words Trilogy (MSR)
Casefile; MSR.
  • Four Words
My very first X-Files fanfiction, Has Mulder lost his faith in Scully's professional judgment after the events of Orison?
  • Four More Words
Mulder and Scully attempt to work through the issues of mistrust raised in Four Words.
  • Four Final Words
Mulder and Scully investigate the abduction of Scully's nephew (Bill Scully's son, Matthew) and find each other in the process.

The Rubicon Series (SSR,MSR)
My first venture into non-MSR. I wanted to build and end a Skinner/Scully relationship that was consistent with the series to that point. I actually wrote the third story first. At the encouragement of Skinner fans, I turned it into a series.

The Requiem/Within/Without Post-Eps (Not a series)

  • Promise (MSR)
Scully wakes up in the hospital in Arizona to find Frohike waiting for her, and he's on a mission.

  • You Are Not Alone (MSR)
Scully can't stop crying and Skinner wants to know why. That about sums it up. If you'd like the complete lyrics to the song go here.

  • Six Months (MSR)
I felt badly for the Big Guy at the end of Requiem. Imagine being entrusted with Mulder's safety and then losing him. He had to be hurting. This puppy took third place in the Skinner Characterization category of the 2000 Spooky Awards!

  • The Model Model (MSR)
Originally posted under the pen name, "Frohike's Love Child." Skinner takes an art class and is surprised by the nude model.

Hawaii Five-0

Friends For Life, Enemies Forever
This was my first ever try at writing Hawaii Five-0 fanfic. McGarrett's Naval Academy roommate comes to visit, but with an ulterior motive. Published in Pau Hana I.

Love & Honor
Midshipman McGarrett advises a confused plebe. Published in Pau Hana I.

Marching Through Georgia
McGarrett is summoned to the White House by an old friend. Published in Pau Hana II.

I Need All The Friends I Can Get
A state Senator is murdered and all the evidence points to the Governor. Published in Pau Hana III.

10,000 Trekkies
This is sort of a Star Trek/Hawaii Five-0 crossover piece, with a twist. Its not Kirk, Spock, McCoy et al. crossing over to McGarrett's universe. Rather, its Bill Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, and DeForest Kelley, etc., getting into some serious trouble in Hawaii during a Star Trek convention. Co-written with Karen Rhodes. Published in Pau Hana III.

Beginner's Luck
McGarrett's first day on the job, told from Chin Ho's point of view as he deals with his new boss. Published in Pau Hana IV

Star Trek: The Original Series

A Whale of a Time
I just had to know what happened back on Earth in the 20th Century at the end of Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. I just HAD to know. But Paramount didn't seem to be about to tell us, so I wrote this to answer my own question. This was more fun to write than anything else I've ever done. Published by Orion Press in Interludes 1. Co-written with Suzanne Hinr.

Fun!
This little piece of fluff is a gap filler. It takes place in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country during the time between Kirk's and McCoy's rescue from the penal planet and their arrival at the Kittamer Conference. We know what Kirk did (he talked to Spock), but we don't know what McCoy did. I tried to answer that. Published by Orion Press in Antares 1. The title is from one of McCoy's lines in the movie.
