Azerbaijan will start it's national selection for the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest early this year, especially after having to withdraw from the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, because they couldn't find a good entry in time.
The castings will start on October 24th and, this year, it will all be held behind closed doors.
