Since I hadn’t posted in a couple days (and haven’t really posted anything of substance yet), I decided to take some time out for a couple of announcements.
First off, the new design for Argee.org will be up over the weekend - with any luck you won’t find it to be uglier than this one. I’ve spent quite a lot of time with this design, and while I will never be happy with anything I make due to being such a perfectionist, I’ve made sure that it looks better than any of my previous designs.
Secondly, expect a couple of tutorials in the next week, along with a few blog posts. The main reason I haven’t been posting is that I’ve been busy with homework and tests - while these will continue through the next week and beyond, I will probably be able to squeeze out just enough time out of my schedule to give you some quality content.
In other news, Rochester is as snowy as ever and the temperature continues to drop. Indoor life hasn’t been affected much, but those of us who have to leave the building do so with courage, for we have to face the ever stronger winds and slippery slush. At least my classes this quarter aren’t particularly difficult.

However, there seems to be something wrong with the ‘about’ page - the HTML tags haven’t been parsed …
Hey, thanks for the tip-off! Turns out it was just wordpress messing things up with it’s auto HTML functions.

I just noticed, but you need to fix your wordpress rollover. It doesn’t change like the other links.
Hm, so this site is PROTECTED by Creative Commons eh. How does that stop anyone from, lets say, stealing your layout?
The wordpress rollover is not meant to change. I guess it might get confusing, so fine I’ll change it later.
This site is protected under the Berne convention, licensed by Creative Commons. While neither of that prevents theft, it enables me to sue thieves.

It’s not really that difficult, seeing how its still linked from your previous one - speaking of which, that guy’s still using your content.

Hey RG, on this topic, did you try messaging people you knew had Deep Sarcasm bookmarked, like the people who marked it for the cool design? They’ll be disappointed when they go to the site to find what’s there. Oh, I want to try an emoticon!

Yeah, that was because the spam filter caught it for some reason. The only person who could’ve seen 6 comments was you, so it was actually showing the right number for the rest of us…

I made this set myself so it’s not really a “pack”, just a bunch of images and some code hacked together. If you really want it, head over to the credits page and grab the original png source images from Classic-Style and make your own emoticon pack.
Also, stop abusing the emoticons! Both you and Brian.

Plus, with such awesome emoticons, people are going to feel like using more.
