1997-2000 Jeune ballet du Québec (worked with such ballet masters as Françoise Vaussenat, Didier Chirpaz and Raymond Franchetti)

        2001 Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal (apprentice)

        2002 Promoted to corps de ballet

        2003 Promoted to demi-soloist

Repertoire

 

Isabelle Paquette danced for four years with the Jeune Ballet du Québec, where she worked with several choreographers from Quebec and France, including Thierry Malandain, Dominique Porte, Louis-Martin Charest and Wen Wei Wang.

She danced in Noces and the main role in Cinderella (Stijn Celis). She also danced the Snow Queen pas de deux in The Nutcracker (Fernand Nault), Episodes, Rubies and Concerto Barocco (George Balanchine), Carmen, Toot and Tender Hooks (Didy Veldman), The Queen of Spades (Kim Brandstrup), Between Ashes and Angels (Adam Hougland), Minus One, Arbos, Perpetuum and Danz (Ohad Naharin), Gloria (Kenneth MacMillan), Stepping Stones, Six Dances, Bella Figura and Forgotten Land (Jiří Kylián), Jardí Tancat (Nacho Duato), Apartment (Mats Ek), Prism (Helgi Tomasson), Romeo and Juliet (Jean-Christophe Maillot), La bête et la belle (Kader Belarbi), Four Seasons and Cantata (Mauro Bigonzetti), and Kaleidsocope (Peter Quanz).
