"We've developed a nice consistent business on Thursday, and we're loving it." The menu changes every night, but entrées range from about $25-$32. Of particular value is the restaurant's three-course chef's tasting menu ($38). The program started about two months ago in an effort to increase Monday-night traffic. The 8th Estate Winery is an urban winery in Hong Kong. The grapes for the wines mostly come from Washington state, but the winery is importing grapes from Italy, too. Visitors will get a chance to sample five wines (a choice of Chardonnays, Sauvignon Blancs, a Gewürztraminer, a Shiraz, the Heritage blend and three late-harvest dessert wines) and see the barrel rooms.
