Production Requirements:

For centerspread advertisements using the gutter, a Dupont Film COD 4 negative or Chemco Film No. 614 negative is needed. Minimum ad size allowable in the centerspread is 360 column centimeters.
For reversed letters, the use of GOTHIC or HELVETICA type of fonts is required.
The printing process is offset and/or dry offset using NAPP plates. ONLY POSITIVE MATERIALS with 65 lines, 20% highlights will be accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Positives received directly from the advertising agency or from its supplier (specially past the deadline time) with sizes bigger than what the purchase order call for shall be billed as printed. Old materials not reclaimed and inadvertently used by mistake will not be held against Manila Bulletin; the ad shall be billed accordingly. Manila Bulletin reserves the right to dispose of ad materials not reclaimed.

Manila Bulletin must be advised by the advertiser/ad agency in writing within seven (7) days from date of publication for consideration of any discrepancy noted between the Purchase Order and the printed ad.

NO ADVERTISING COMMISSION SHALL BE GIVEN TO ANY PARTY REGARDING BANK OR INSURANCE STATEMENTS, DEATH NOTICE/OBITUARIES, CLASSIFIED LINE OR CLASSIFIED BOX ADVERTISEMENTS.

NO COMMISSION SHALL BE GIVEN TO UNRECOGNIZED ADVERTISING AGENCIES OR DIRECT ADVERTISERS.
