Dedicated to sending comfort to sick and terminally ill children
Everyone knows that having to stay in the hospital is never any fun, but for thousand of children there is no choice. Most are there for something that there is no known cure for. And while we can't keep them from having to stay, we're hoping to make that stay a little more fun. For several years now, Pages for Children, Inc. has been sending coloring pages to different agencies and hospitals that deal with terminally ill children. Since we're becoming nonprofit, we're about to expand what we do. Instead of just sending coloring pages each month, we're about to start sending coloring books, find-a-word books as well as reading books. We will also be sending other items that will help them make their stay a little more easier to bear.
The children that Pages for Children, Inc. help, need all the special attention they can get. Most of them may never get well. And while this program will not improve their overall health, it may just bring a smile to their faces. They need to know that they are loved and that they are NOT alone! We're hoping you will help us send this very important message to them.
By donating to this Pages for Children, Inc., whether it's books, cards, a stuffed toy or money, YOU are Helping Children Smile One Page At A Time! You are helping to make sure these children know they are loved and that they are special.
My brother-in-law gave me 4 discs from Art Explosion 125,000 Images. Discs 1, 4, 12 and 13. They are for a Macintosh, which I do not have and have no way of getting access to. If you will agree to pay shipping, I will be glad to send them to you.
I just found out that this site has won 2 different awards from a place called JustFolk's. I was so honored to receive them and had to share this wonderful news with you. I'm going to find a better place to post the awards tomorrow, but for now I just had to get them on here.
Unusual gift for someone you love. Have their name cross stitched in Chinese characters. For more information go to my cross stitch page. (All items sold on this site go for the further operation of this program.)
As of today, all pages that I mailed will be posted for you to download Unfortunately, some of the pages got lost when the computer crashed. But the ones I have are there. More will be at the end of each month. For your convenience, I've listed the last 3 here.
Due to the fact that we are trying to make Pages for Children, Inc. a nonprofit organization, the coloring pages for January and February won't be added. I apologize for any inconvience this may cause.
