lol, Ronald! I agree with you. I'd rather "screech and scream" when I see Tony Stewart runnng 200mph at Daytona! That's so much more worth watching.

Well it's seldom that I am at a loss for words, but when I heard Tom was going to be here AND drive the pace car, I honestly thought it was a joke. Keith Urban is performing. Tom's current wife and Tom's ex-wife, which is now Keith Urban's wife. It's sick. The tabloids are going to love this.

I think it is great to have Tom Cruise drive the pace car. So what if Keith Urban is there? I am sure they will never see one another. Besides they are all on good terms.

#15 Tim: Really agree with you up to "try to get the..." and after that I think we should add: "RACING LEGENDS TO DRIVE THE PACE CARS" has already been proven to be a hit with the fans and what an honor to get to see them behind the wheel again...we have some great ones that would be glad to do the honors. Personally I am tired of Mr. Star Struck Brian France singing "Let Me Entertain You".

Tom Cruise driving the pace car? Looks as though I will not be watching this years race. Here is a guy that made the worst NASCAR racing movie ever and promotes an evil cult and they let him drive the pace car. No thanks NASCAR.

Days of Thunder was hillarious, Rick had a great idea and it worked but it put Lake Norman on the map because the old garage where Harry Hyde worked is still there.
