February 24, 2009 - Jerry Doyle Challenges Congress To Hold Treasury Secretary Paulson Accountable For His Actions
Las Vegas, NV -Talk Radio Network Enterprises' host Jerry Doyle, a former Wall Street Insider, spoke with Congressman John Shadegg (R-AZ) during a recent broadcast regarding Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson's lying to Congress. Doyle persuaded Congressman Shadegg to request that Treasury Secretary Paulson be brought before the Commerce Committee to answer questions regarding his behavior and to determine where the money went.

During the broadcast Doyle opened by saying, "If someone lies to Congress should they not be brought in front of a committee to talk about their perjury?" Jerry continues by saying, "Which is what they did with regards to steroids in baseball. We had to know about the palpable mass on Roger Clemens buttocks but Paulson lied to Congress. Where is the committee hearing on that guy?"

Congressman Shadegg responded by saying, "It's a great question."

Shadegg continued speaking until Doyle interjected, "Let me stop you there Congressman. 'It's a great question.' Can I have an answer?" Doyle went on to say, "Why doesn't someone that sits on a committee, haul Paulson's ass in front of the American people and say 'Who got the money? Why did you lie to Congress?' Anybody else in this country perjures themselves we know what happens."

Congressman Shadegg answered by saying, "You're right; we should." Shadegg went on to explain that he was not on the Financial Services Committee but was a member of the Commerce Committee chaired by Henry Waxman (D-CA). Shadegg agreed to make the demand to the Chairman of the Commerce Committee that Paulson be held accountable. Shadegg said, "Maybe he (Waxman) would like to rail against Hank Paulson. I'd like to know where that money went. I'd like to know what he says got done with it."

Doyle's concrete financial solutions and passionate convictions about holding government bureaucrats accountable continue to put him in the spotlight with members of Congress and Senate. He recently proposed what he called the "4% solution" to help homeowners and the economy recover. The "4% solution" requires lenders to provide a 30 year fixed rate mortgage with an interest rate of 4%. Senator Lamar Alexander (R-TN) proposed an almost identical plan to amend the economic stimulus package which was rejected.

Talk Radio Network Enterprises' Jerry Doyle, brings over a decade of real life experience from Wall Street and the financial markets to his viewers and listeners nationwide. The Jerry Doyle Show reaches 3 million listeners every week, according to Talkers Magazine (Spring 2008 Radio Audiences Report) and is heard on over 240 stations. Doyle was previously employed by Drexel Burnham Lambert the most successful Wall Street firm in the Eighties. February 24, 2009 - TRN's Michael Savage Unites With The Thomas More Law Center To Fight The Fairness Doctrine
San Francisco, CA - Talk Radio Networks' Michael Savage and the Thomas More Law Center a Michigan based national public interest law firm; have joined forces to protect free speech by fighting the return of the so-called "Fairness Doctrine." Several Senators including Senator Tom Harkin of Iowa, and Debby Stabenow of Michigan along with former President Bill Clinton have recently talked about reinstituting the Doctrine which was abandoned in 1987. The Michael Savage Show is ranked the 3rd largest syndicated show in the country according to Talkers Magazine, with over 325 affiliates.

"Michael Savage is the personification of what the liberals hate about conservative talk radio," said Richard Thompson, President and chief counsel of the Thomas More Law Center. He continues by saying, "We're proud to represent him in this crucial battle to preserve the grand purpose of political speech protected by the First Amendment."

On a recent broadcast of the Savage Nation, Michael Savage stated that, as a conservative, he is in the minority in the media, and that many in the Democratic Party would like to see him taken off the air via the Fairness Doctrine. During The Michael Savage Show Savage explained that the Fairness Doctrine is "aimed only at Michael Savage, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and, in other words, the top five," and is intended to silence such conservative voices on radio.

"Whatever form its reinstatement may take, any limitation on the free speech rights of Michael Savage will result in an immediate legal action," the law center said. "The U. S. Supreme Court would most likely find any reinstatement of the Doctrine unconstitutional."

"With the stink of public corruption blanketing Washington, with our elected officials passing the single largest spending bill in our nation's history without even reading or debating it, with the increasing nationalization of our financial institutions, with almost dictatorial control of Congress by one political party, and with increasing signs we are becoming a socialistic country, Americans need more dynamic talk show hosts like Savage, not less," Thompson said.

"A regulation of speech motivated by nothing more than a desire to silence political opposition on controversial issues of public interest is the purest example of a law abridging the freedom of speech," said Thompson. He went on to say, "Such action is the hallmark of totalitarian governments, not a free society," he said. Thompson continues "If the doctrine is so fair, why are the liberals limiting it only to radio... Why not television, the Internet, and all the print media?"

Savage has been an avid on-air supporter of the Thomas More Law Center which defends America's Christian heritage and moral values. Michael Savage was instrumental in marshalling support for one of the Law Center's clients Marine Lt. Col Jeffrey Chessani who is being prosecuted by the government in the so-called Haditha incident. A military judge ultimately dismissed the case. However, the government appealed. No decision has been made by the appeals court.

Michael Savage in partnership with The Thomas More Law Center is the second organization to position itself to battle any proposed version of the Fairness Doctrine, whether known by that name or another. The American Center for Law and Justice said that it is also prepared should the doctrine, "be brought back to muzzle Christian broadcasting." The organization said more than 230,000 people have signed its petition urging members of Congress to support the Broadcaster Freedom Act.

The Savage Nation is a powerhouse in national syndication.  The recent contract extension with TRN demonstrates that Michael Savage will remain one of the highest ranked syndicated hosts in years to come. An independent-minded individualist, Michael Savage fits no stereotype. He attacks big government and liberal media bias, but champions the environment and animal rights. Talkers Magazine recognized his independence and the power of his opinions by awarding its Freedom of Speech award to him.

Trained as a scientist, he holds Master's degrees in medical botany and medical anthropology and earned his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley in Epidemiology and Nutrition Science. Savage is also the author of 20 books including four N.Y. Times Best Sellers.  His latest book, "Psychological Nudity", tells his childhood stories and is largely apolitical.

The Michael Savage Show airs Live M-F 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST (6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST) and the new pre-feed airs M-F 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon PST (12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. EST).

February 17, 2009 - TRN's Michael Savage Debates California Attorney General Jerry Brown on The Fairness Doctrine
San Francisco, CA - Talk Radio Network's Michael Savage debated California Attorney General and Former Governor Jerry Brown during The Savage Nation on Friday, February 13, 2009. Savage discussed hot topics affecting the entire nation including: The Fairness Doctrine, the costs of illegal immigration to the State of California, and Brown's plans for his upcoming run for Governor of California. The Michael Savage Show is ranked the 3rd largest syndicated show in the country according to Talkers Magazine, with over 325 affiliates. Savage's passionate convictions on the issues makes this broadcast a must hear. If you missed it the first time you can listen here www.michaelsavage.com.

Attorney General Brown came out in favor of the Fairness Doctrine while appearing on The Michael Savage Show Friday night. While discussing the return of the Fairness Doctrine Attorney General Jerry Brown said, "A little control over the media would be a good thing."

Savage replied that, as a conservative, he is in the minority in the media, and that many in Brown's Democratic Party would like to see him taken off the air via the Fairness Doctrine. Brown responded by stating that the current situation of having talk radio dominated by conservatives allows for "one-sided presentations."

Savage then noted that former President Bill Clinton, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and Sen. Debby Stabenow have called for re-establishment of the doctrine, adding that all three "want conservative voices constrained in the media." Savage questioned Brown on what side he would be on regarding the issue.

Brown said, "I think we need a robust range of opinions on the air." He continued by saying that "a little state control wouldn't hurt anybody" and said that in warning against the Fairness Doctrine, Savage was "paranoid."

Savage retorted with the fact that The Fairness Doctrine, is "aimed only at Michael Savage, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and, in other words, the top five," and is intended to silence such conservative voices on radio.

Savage continued the debate by discussing the issue of illegal immigration and its effect on California. Savage said, "Here we have a state that's going broke as many states are in the Union. We have a budget deficit of $41 billion by the best estimate - no one knows how much. In all the talk about balancing the budget from Arnold Schwarzenegger's so-called Republicans; Why has there not been one discussion about cutting off services to non-citizens, even in the emergency rooms? That would save $10 to $15 million dollars." He asked Attorney General Brown "Why is it that the government seems to think that the illegal aliens have more rights than the legal citizens?"

Brown responded by saying, "Well no one says they have more rights." He continued on by insisting that the children of illegals are not "responsible for what their parents did...the problem is the national law. When someone is here in an auto accident bleeding to death you've got to take care of them. That's just basic humanity."

Savage confirmed "I can understand that no one would argue with basic humanity." However Savage shared his personal experiences; that he had been in emergency rooms three times in the last year and that he had seen "crowds of illegal aliens being treated not for auto accidents, but they are taking their children in for the common cold and the flu. It's costing the state billions and billions of dollars. And yet in all this rhetoric, not one governor has said that the people cannot afford it. We have to cut back somewhere - how about cutting back with regards to benefits for illegal aliens? I'm bringing up hospitals, but there are many avenues where [benefits for] illegal aliens could be curtailed in some way. The citizens are being told that they have to cut back. How about the non-citizens?"

Brown agreed that all citizens are going to have to cut back, but then asked: "What are you going to do, round up several million people and take them down to the border and drop them off?"

Savage responded by saying, "You don't have to get that draconian." Savage made a suggestion that the state could put a California Highway Patrol Officer in every emergency room and ask people for proof of citizenship. He continues by saying, "We can't afford to treat you anymore. Do you have any idea how many hospitals are going bankrupt in this country because of the burden of treating illegal aliens, as required by federal law?"

Savage addresses Attorney General Brown regarding running for Governor of California by saying, "I would think you as Governor if you wanted to run and become Governor you would have to look into these things." Towards the end of the interview Savage applauded Brown for coming on the show by saying, "It's very brave of you and very dignified to come on to The Savage Nation."

The Savage Nation is a powerhouse in national syndication.  The recent contract extension with TRN demonstrates that Michael Savage will remain one of the highest ranked syndicated hosts in years to come. Phil Boyce, President of Programming, TRN says, "No other host in America has grown more than Mancow in the last few years.  If you have not heard his show in a while you owe it to yourself to listen to what he is doing today.  This show is smart, funny, current, topical, relevant, and energetic.  Mancow is truly one of a kind and is poised for the next big break out." Boyce pointed out that in the December PPM in Chicago, Mancow had moved up 100% on WLS in both Persons 25-54 and Men 25-54, compared to the Spring Arbitron, proving "Mancow works on both the FM and AM bands."
"We are extremely happy to have Mancow in Orlando, the response has been great and his show is just absolutely amazing, we could not have asked for a better morning show for our station," says WAMT's General Manager, Paul Proly.

Mark Masters, CEO of TRN-FM said, "As was the case of Jerry Seinfeld, who certain NBC executives stuck with for 18 long months until he broke out (going on to become the biggest TV show on NBC), Mancow has evolved to such a point that I believe he will be the 'Seinfeld' equivalent on radio, his time is now, coinciding with his own personal evolution from being the 'Mancow' of 19 years ago, to Erich 'Mancow' Muller of today - is a night and day difference." To illustrate the point, ABC/Citadel's legendary PD, Jack Swanson (KGO/KSFO San Francisco), has called Mancow the "next Rush Limbaugh".

"This will bring lots of energy to the station," says WLS-AM president and general manager, Mike Fowler. He continues by saying, "It's a younger version of Rush."

"Smart people know: the future is here.  It's just not evenly distributed. Mancow represents the future of Talk Radio, and we couldn't be more excited than to have him join our weekday lineup," says WLS' Former Program Director, Kipper Mcgee.

"Mancow is the perfect addition to our lineup.  He brings a fresh and quality approach to the topics of the day and adds humor with intelligent comments to the radio market in Chattanooga.  In a word, Mancow is a WINNER," says Joe Mulé, General Manager, WUUS Radio, Chattanooga, TN.

Rod Stalvey, General Manager, WGTN, Myrtle Beach, SC says, "No doubt, Mancow is a welcomed addition to WGTN. His antics and his insight into today's news make him a different approach to the normal same old stuff on talk radio in the morning. Mancow is different and different is good."

Mark Masters, CEO of TRN-FM says "Mancow offers the full spectrum of entertainment - movies, music and politics - which equals massive listenership. Mancow gets this business. He understands what it takes for his stations to make money."

"People have looked at my ratings dominance in the key male demos and have tried to compare my show to others, but there is simply nothing like Mancow on the airwaves. I treat my listeners like they have brains above the waist and they respond," says Erich "Mancow" Muller.

Mancow's wide spectrum of guests have included: Joe the Plumber, Pat Buchanan, Howie Mandel, William Shatner, Russel Crow, Jack Black, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Senator Arlen Spector, Senator John Cornyn, Jerry Bruckheimer and other luminaries.

Mancow has appeared on a variety television programs including: "Politically Incorrect," "Jerry Springer," "David Letterman," "Hard Copy" and others. Muller is the author of a Best-Selling book Dad, Dames, Demons, and a Dwarf and he has written for "Newsmax.com," "Playboy" and "Gear Magazine."

January 9, 2009 - TRN's The Michael Savage Show To Provide New Pre-Feed in O'Reilly's Time Slot, Against Rush
San Francisco, CA - In an unprecedented move, Talk Radio Network, starting Monday, January 12th, will begin testing a theory with a permanent pre-feed (9 to 12 Pacific, 12 to 3 Eastern) of The Michael Savage Show. Mark Masters, CEO of TRN said, "Those stations that decide to take the early pre-feed of Savage, may ultimately be the key beneficiary of larger beneficial future announcements." Besides being ranked as the third largest syndicated talk show in the U.S., Savage has the unique distinction of being the only nationally syndicated male talk radio show host to have proven to equal Rush Limbaugh in that unique ability to create giant numbers, on a stand alone basis, and like Rush, Savage has accomplished this level of ratings performance, without being delivered strong numbers from giant lead-in shows - in other words, like Limbaugh, Savage is a true "tent pole show" while most others are often "ratings echoes" of such shows.

"Our Savage pre-feed in O'Reilly's live radio slot should prove this point yet again," says Masters. The pre-feed of The Michael Savage Show will be available starting January 12, 2009 and will provide another programming option for stations hard hit by the current economy. Michael Savage, the third largest syndicated host in the nation according to TALKERS Magazine, airs on over 300 stations nationwide, and in 43 of the top 50 markets.

Michael Savage and Talk Radio Network also recently announced a multi-year extension of their radio syndication, continuing their nine-year long business relationship. Mark Masters CEO of TRN says, "By continuing to syndicate The Michael Savage Show, Talk Radio Network is proud to lead arm and arm with one of the greatest national talk personalities on the air today. Michael is a true original - he is one in a million, and we are honored for this opportunity."

"Mark Masters knows syndication. I know Talk. It's a perfect marriage", says Savage.

The Michael Savage Show General Managers and Program Directors across the nation are thrilled with the continued success of The Michael Savage Show.

The Michael Savage Show is the number one drive-time talk show in Savage's home station at Clear Channel's KNEW in San Francisco, where Savage consistently dominates. "It's great to see that Michael has increased his dominance over all the other afternoon drive talkers here in the San Francisco market.  People say someone is in a class by themselves, but Michael actually is!" says Clark Reid, PD of KNEW.

Bob Bruno, now a consultant to WOR in New York City, says, "Michael Savage is an original - you cannot ignore him.  Michael is a fearless, gritty, tough, funny, street-smart, talk master - that's why we are proud to have him on WOR."

"KGIL in it's quest to become the leading talk radio station in Southern California is delighted to have Michael Savage on our KGIL line up," says Saul Levine, General Manager and Owner of Mount Wilson FM Broadcasting.

Dave Sniff, Program Director for KFMB, San Diego says, "My job is to meet my listener's expectations and my listeners expect a talk show host to be interesting.  When Savage is on the air, nobody is more interesting!"

Nick Novak, Program Director for Minneapolis' WWTC The Patriot, says "Savage delivers-Ratings, Revenue and Results." He continues by saying, "Michael Savage has the most loyal and dedicated listener base on the station."

Sean Casey, Program Director of Baltimore's WCBM says, "Michael savages the competition every night with passion and information.  The Savage Nation is like your favorite roller-coaster. You never want to get off and you can't wait to ride it again!"

Bruce Maduri, CEO of Genesis Communications, Inc. of Tampa's WWBA said, "Michael Savage is the most compelling talk host in radio today. He sets the tone and delivers it with the passion and intellect that no other national host can match. He not only reports the news and brings the listener a perspective where it is delivered first, Michael MAKES the news. Michael Savage IS Addictive and IS Talk Radio."

"This is a natural transition for me, and I felt the timing was perfect for me to strike out as an entrepreneur. The best of them is Mark Masters," said Boyce. "I was always a multi-tasker, and I became a syndicator out of necessity so I could make sure my shows had the TLC it takes to make it. I patterned much of my success after what I learned from Mark. It makes perfect sense for us to join forces now, and help radio out of this difficult economic situation."

Boyce programmed stations for ABC beginning with WJR, Detroit in 1991 and later moved to WABC, New York in 1995. He is credited with rebuilding the station in 1996 after the firing of Bob Grant sent half his listeners across town. It took him 5 years to return WABC to the top of the heap where it remains today. Boyce's last book, the September PPM, showed WABC with 5.0 share and 3rd place 12+ rank (first on the AM band), the highest since the station went talk in 1982.

The latter 3 shows became syndicated hits for the ABC Radio Network, under Boyce's leadership. He also served in a dual capacity, supervising the News/Talk stations for the company, including KGO and KSFO in San Francisco, KABC in Los Angeles, WBAP in Detroit, WLS in Chicago, WJR in Detroit, and WMAL in Washington, while also programming WABC in New York for nearly the last 14 years.

"Talk Radio Network is the leading independent syndicator in the country," said Boyce. "I am thrilled to join Mark and his entire crew. I know we will continue to create great radio together."

October 17, 2008 - Rusty Humphries Interviews Post Debate Senator John McCain

Candidate Speaks Out on Joe the Plumber & ACORN

Central Point, OR - Talk Radio Network's Rusty Humphries interviewed Republican Presidential Candidate John McCain on his show yesterday, Thursday, October 16, 2008. The interview included topics from the latest debate including: How Joe the Plumber would be affected by McCain's and Obama's tax plans, addressed issues related to ACORN and voter fraud, and touched on the insurgence in Iraq. The Rusty Humphries Show now offers online streaming of the show free throughout the election at www.talktorusty.com.

Humphries began by stating that, in his opinion, Senator McCain won the last debate. He then asked Senator McCain what Obama's response was to Joe the Plumber. Obama's response at that time was "We need to spread the wealth around." McCain said, "That this is class warfare," and continued by saying, "We want Joe to keep his money and educate his kids and create new jobs." He went on to say, "There is a fundamental difference that was relayed... that was amply displayed there between my view and Senator Obama's very liberal left view of what our government should be doing in America today. I think his encounter with Joe the Plumber, Joe Wurzelbacher was a defining moment in this campaign."

Humphries took notice of Senator McCain confronting Senator Obama about ACORN during the most recent debate. McCain said, "The fact is that he and William Ayers, the unrepentant terrorist, were on the board together... they gave $230,000 to guess who, ACORN. His campaign in the primary gave $832,000 for quote writing and sight prep." McCain continued by saying, "There is no doubt that the activities of ACORN and their front groups that there is serious allegations of massive voter fraud going on which will deprive Americans of their most sacred right and that is a free and fair election."

Humphries asked Senator McCain, about the war in Iraq and when he knew that the surge was necessary. McCain replied by saying, "For a long time I was frustrated by the Bush/Rumsfeld Strategy and I knew it was failing. When we supported the surge they said my campaign was dead. I said I would rather lose a campaign than lose the war." Mark Masters, CEO of Talk Radio Network says, "Humphries continues to deliver what his audience demands. While other news shows cover yesterday's events, Humphries can provide election coverage as it happens."

October 9, 2008 - Laura Ingraham Scores Post Debate Interview with Governor Sarah Palin
Washington, D.C. - Talk Radio Network Enterprises' Laura Ingraham interviewed Republican Vice Presidential Candidate Gov. Sarah Palin of Alaska today on her show. Gov. Sarah Palin discussed a number of hot topics including abortion, Bill Ayers and ACORN. Laura Ingraham Show is now ranked the 5th largest syndicated show according to Talkers Magazine with over 300 affiliates nationwide and has the largest audience of any women in political talk radio history.

Laura Ingraham asked Gov. Palin about the position that Barack Obama took on infants born alive after an abortion. Palin said Obama's position on this was, "Absolutely atrocious," and continued by saying, "I wish I had more time to explain to people what Barack Obama's position has been on this." She went on to say that Barack Obama said, "Abortion is a fundamental right." Gov. Palin stated, "Obama opposes banning partial-birth abortion ... but even more telling; three times Obama voted against providing medical care for survivors of abortion."

During the discussion with Ingraham about Barack Obama's involvement with Bill Ayers Gov. Sarah Palin stated, "Barack Obama hasn't told the American people the total truth on that about his associations ... when, where, and all the questions that are finally being asked about the association with the unrepentant domestic terrorist who did raise the campaign to bomb the U.S. Capital and the Pentagon." Later in the interview speaking again about Barack Obama's associates Gov. Sarah Palin stated, "We gotta start getting answers to those questions that are paramount here."

Ingraham asked Gov. Palin, "Do you think Gov. Palin, Acorn, that group that is getting out the vote, multiple registrations, ten investigations, states across the country... Do you think what they are doing with the voter registration drive could amount to a criminal enterprise?" Palin responded be saying, "It's fraud, the connection to ACORN, ...it's fraud... doesn't anyone have a conscious anymore ?" Palin noted that Obama fails to tell the American people of his longstanding relationship with ACORN.

August 21, 2008 - The Laura Ingraham Show to Broadcast Live from DNC and RNC Conventions

John McCain Visits the Show in an Exclusive Interview

Washington, D.C. - Talk Radio Network Enterprises' The Laura Ingraham Show announced plans to broadcast live from both the Democratic and Republican conventions. The strategy is to talk directly with the news makers present as events unfold on the convention floors and report back to her radio audience.

As a prelude to the conventions, Ingraham had the honor of an exclusive interview with presumptive Republican Presidential Nominee John McCain on Wednesday's program.

Ingraham brought up the fact that Senator McCain is now five points ahead of Senator Barack Obama in the latest Rueters/Zogby poll. Ingraham also mentioned that she believed that the increase in the latest poll was due to Senator McCain articulating more conservative views including a pro-life stance.

She asked her national radio audience to email any questions they had for Senator McCain. The overwhelming majority of questions Ingraham received were regarding his decision about a vice-presidential running mate; the question everyone has been asking. McCain replied saying, "I have not made the decision and we are in the process."

Ingraham then brought up all the competition from abroad and how the United States is doing economically. When she asked McCain about the reports that China's economy will be larger than the U.S. in the year 2020 and referred to the Midwest as the Rust Belt, McCain replied, " I grow a little weary, and frankly the people in Michigan, Ohio, Arizona and others are a little weary of people saying, WE CAN'T. We can't drill off shore, we can't build nuclear power plants, we can't build hybrid cars, we can't make use of natural gas, and we can't utilize clean coal technology. AMERICA CAN...that is the history of our country... America can...must, and will."

Senator John McCain stated that, "The United States is the most innovative, the most productive and the biggest exporter...America's best days are ahead of us." Senator McCain went on to say that, "The Twenty-first Century will be the American Century as well."

Ingraham asked McCain if he ever answered a question with the phrase, " That's above my pay grade," McCain replied, "No, no, and not especially anyone who aspires to be the president of the United States...I don't know any pay grade higher than that." This was in reference to a recent remark made by Senator Obama in a nationally televised interview.

The Laura Ingraham Show is ranked as the 5th largest syndicated show according to Talkers Magazine with over 300 affiliates nationwide. Ingraham is heard in 23 of the top 25 metro markets and 44 of the top 50 metro markets.

July 2, 2008 - The Darla Shine Show Hits the 100 Affiliate Mark in First 6 Months
New York, NY - Talk Radio Network Entertainments' The Darla Shine Show is now heard on over 100 affiliates; spreading the message of The Happy Housewives Club nationwide. Shine encourages listeners to be active participants in the show by calling in and being involved. Talk Radio Network Entertainment launched the show less than 6 months ago and already has many affiliates in the top 50 metro markets. The latest additions to the The Darla Shine Show include: WSIC and WSPC, Charlotte-Gastonia, NC-SC; and WPMH, Norfolk-Virginia Beach, VA.

Darla Shine says, "I am thrilled to be heard on more than 100 stations across America. I knew my show would be embraced because I am talking about all the issues families are talking about at their kitchen table. After writing my book Happy Housewives and creating my website www.happyhousewivesclub.com it was clear to me that the moms felt ignored by the media." She continues by saying, "Mark Masters (CEO of Talk Radio Network Entertainment) is innovative and brilliant. He thinks outside the box and he knew there was an opportunity to talk to the soccer moms of America. I am grateful to Mark and thrilled to be part of the Network."

In this male dominated radio industry Shine has arrived to shout out to all women that it's time for the matriarch of the family to be heard. Shine says, "Can you believe the housewives of America have been ignored for this long?" She believes it is her role to lead the new movement to save the traditional family and bring back respect for the mother.

Shine has over 12 field reporters in different areas of expertise that contribute to The Darla Shine Show as well as to her website. Field experts include a cooking editor, a work at home editor, military expert, a holistic living and nutritionist expert, a housekeeping and cleaning expert, as well as many others. Contributors provide "tips and tricks" for their area of expertise which are incorporated into the show and on the website. From current events to cutting coupons, Shine brings every issue home to the family.

As a former television producer turned stay at home mom, Shine says there is nothing harder than being home with the children. Disgusted that her feminist friends turned their noses up at her when she traded her brief case for a diaper bag, Shine was prompted to write her best selling book, Happy Housewives.

After receiving more than 20 thousand emails from women across the United States thanking her for affirming their role, Shine decided they needed a community where they could support each other. So she created the most popular site for housewives on the net, www.happyhousewivesclub.com. She offers a radio show forum on her website, where listeners can exchange comments with one another about the show.

Shine says, "The listeners are the voices America needs to hear." She continues by saying, "My show will never be celebrity based. All of the listeners are the real stars; the real heroes."

Shine has appeared in many media engagements and TV Shows in recent years including: The Today Show, Fox & Friends, Geraldo At Large, On The Record with Greta Van Susteren, Living the Life, ABC Family, Good Day New York, and Inside Edition.

June 19, 2008 - Michael Savage Instrumental in Dismissal of Charges Against Marines Accused of "Haditha Massacre"
San Francisco, CA - Michael Savage and the listeners of The Savage Nation have been instrumental to the vindication of Lt. Colonel Chessani, in relation to the so-called Haditha Massacre in Iraq. For over a year on his nationally syndicated talk show The Savage Nation. Michael Savage said, he "would not rest" until Lt. Colonel Chessani was exonerated. Savage personally gave $25,000 to Chessani's defense fund and his listeners helped raise over $200,000 on the air. Earlier this week, a military judge dismissed charges against Chessani, a Marine officer accused of failing to investigate the killings of 24 Iraqis; however yesterday the government, through Lt. Col. S.M. Sullivan, filed a notice that it would appeal the case to the next judicial level.

Michael Savage says, "Radio has freed an innocent man. This demonstrates the power of radio and the dedication of the Savage Nation audience to the truth." The Savage Nation is now the third largest radio talk show according to TALKERS Magazine and airs on well over 300 stations nationwide, 44 on the FM dial.

Chessani was originally charged after Time magazine accused the Marines of "massacring" civilians in the Anbar Province firefight, and Rep. John Murtha, D-Pa., later publicly accused the Marine officers of a "cover-up."

Col. Steven Folsom dismissed charges against Lt. Col. Jeffrey Chessani after finding that a four-star general overseeing the case was improperly influenced by an investigator probing the November 2005 shootings by a Marine squad in Haditha. Chessani was the highest-ranking officer to face a combat-related court-martial since the Vietnam War.

Folsom agreed with Savage and his listeners when he said, "Unlawful command influence is the mortal enemy of military justice. In order to restore the public confidence, we need to take it back. We need to turn the clock back."

The charges were dismissed without prejudice, meaning they can be re-filed, but Folsom barred Marine Forces Central Command from any future involvement in the case. Only one of the marines out of the eight originally charged in the case is still facing prosecution; in the biggest U.S. criminal case involving Iraqi deaths to come out of this war.

After a rare courtroom appearance by Gen. James Mattis, a high ranking officer, Folsom made his ruling to address the judge's initial finding that there was evidence of unlawful command influence in the case.

Brian Rooney, spokesman for the Thomas More Law Center who was the chief attorney defending Chessani, recently appeared on The Michael Savage Show to thank him and his listeners. During the show Rooney said, "Thank you on behalf of the Thomas More Law Center and the Chessani's for all the support that you and your listeners have given us."

The Savage Nation is a powerhouse in national syndication. An independent-minded individualist, Michael Savage fits no stereotype. He attacks big government and liberal media bias, but champions the environment and animal rights. Trained as a scientist, he holds Master's degrees in medical botany and medical anthropology and earned his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley in Epidemiology and Nutrition Science.

Michael Savage was named 2007's recipient of TALKERS Magazine's Freedom of Speech Award. Previous recognitions for Savage include his nomination for 2007 Syndicated Talk Host of the Year by Radio and Records Magazine, in addition to being named the 3rd largest radio talk show host in America by TALKERS Magazine. Savage was also ranked No. 4 in "The Top 25 Most Influential Talk-Radio Hosts" by NewsMax Magazine.

Michael Savage is the author of four best selling books - The Savage Nation, The Enemy Within, and Liberalism is a Mental Disorder, his most recent book is the irreverent Political Zoo. Savage is the number one drive-time talk show host in the San Francisco market as well as many other cities across America.

The Savage Nation airs Live Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. PST (6 p.m. - 9 p.m. EST).

May 14, 2008 - Erich "Mancow" Muller Contributes To New Book, The Chris Farley Show
Chicago, IL - Talk Radio Network FM's Erich "Mancow" Muller shares his stories in the new book The Chris Farley Show, A Biography in Three Acts scheduled to be released in May of this year. It is the true story of a man who lived to make us laugh and died as a result; written by Tom Farley Jr., Chris's older brother and Tanner Colby. In the book, Chris Farley, the Saturday Night Live star is remembered by his family, colleagues, and friends including Mancow host of Mancow's Morning Madhouse.

Tom Farley Jr., author of The Chris Farley Show, was a special guest on Mancow's Morning Madhouse May 12, 2008. Mancow shared many of his personal memories of Chris Farley and their time together; he played several voicemails that Chris Farley had left for him over the years. During the segment Mancow said, "In retrospect, I wish I would have picked up the phone, maybe I could have done something."

Chris Farley moved back to Chicago, and took up residence in John Hancock Center, where the radio studio of Mancow was also located. According to the book, "Chris frequently popped in at the show (Mancow's Morning Madhouse) on his way in or out of the building...the show gave Chris a stage whenever he needed one."

In The Chris Farley Show Mancow shares his story about visiting Chris Farley at his apartment and his attraction to clowns. "Chris had all these pictures of clowns in his hallway. He said that they frightened and fascinated him and that he found them sad. When he was drinking he would always talk like Burl Ives and sing old Burl Ives songs. He'd go, 'A little bitty tear let me down, spoiled my act as a clown.' He'd sing that over and over and over."

Mancow contributes a heartfelt remembrance of events in the book The Chris Farley Show as he shares about a moment when Chris left one of the many rehabilitation centers. "That May, Chris Rock was performing in Chicago. Farley called me and said, 'I've broken out of prison. I'm out. I want to go see my boy Chris Rock!' Chris broke out of rehab to go to this show. I met him at his apartment, and I was begging him not to drink. I was sitting there, going, No, No, Chris. Please.

"He said, 'Just a little splash.' That's how it started off, a Coke with a splash of whiskey - and I mean just a drop. Then an hour later it turned into a glass of whiskey with a splash of Coke. We went to the concert to meet Tim Meadows and his wife, and I spent the whole night fighting him." Mancow tells this story like no one else can.

Mancow's Morning Madhouse recently announced eight additional affiliate stations being added to the show's growing affiliate list. In addition to all of these media engagements, Mancow has also contributed commentaries to "Chicago Tonight" a TV talk show covering current events. Mancow has appeared on a variety television programs including: "Politically Incorrect," "Jerry Springer," "David Letterman," "Hard Copy" and others. March 4, 2008 - Rusty Humphries Delivers "Sacks of Hope" To Refugees in Darfur Participating in a Humanitarian Trip With CSI-USA
Central Point, OR - Talk Radio Network's syndicated show host Rusty Humphries will be going on a humanitarian trip to deliver "sacks of hope" to refugees in Darfur. The trip will help the plight of displaced Darfurians and Dinka returnees, many of which are liberated slaves returning to their homeland, with basic necessities which are included in each "Sack of Hope". This humanitarian effort with Christian Solidarity International is co-sponsored with TALKERS Magazine and Talk Radio News Service.

Despite agreements signed by the Government of Sudan, the genocide process continues in both Northern and Southern Sudan. Hundreds of thousands of displaced Sudanese are in danger of dying this rainy season (May-September) because of continuing violence, and the lack of food, shelter, seed, clean water and medicine. Tens of thousands of Black Sudanese remain enslaved in Darfur and neighboring Kordofan.

The relief effort to Darfur and Sudan is scheduled for March 8th through March 19th. Individuals participating in delivering the "Sacks of Hope" include members of CSI-USA, Rusty Humphries with Talk Radio Network, and Ellen Ratner with TALKERS Magazine among others in the radio industry. The group will be traveling around the countries of Kenya and Sudan and visiting refugee camps in the region. Rusty Humphries will be speaking with the people and interviewing those people who have been under attack and who's lives have been effected by this tragedy.

Rusty Humphries says he is participating in the trip to Darfur, "To help understand the situation in the region better and to be able to explain to my audience what is going on there as well as to investigate my hypothesis that this area is a undeclared front in the War On Terror." He goes on to says that, "I will help bring food, supplies and medicine to the needy people at various refugee camps. Upon my return, I intend to hold a fundraiser on the radio to help the people we have met in these horrible conditions."

The "Sacks of Hope" Rusty will be delivering to Darfur refugees include a tarpaulin to offer shelter from rain and sun, a blanket to keep the whole family warm on cold nights in the bush, a mosquito net for protection against insects and other creatures, a cooking pan for boiling water and preparing millet gruel, a hand-held sickle for cultivating food and building a home, fishing hooks and a plastic canister to carry 5 liters of water. A survival kit "Sack of Hope" can be purchased and delivered for $50. Another $50 can buy enough grain to keep a refugee alive for four months, plus the purchase of seed and a hoe for planting.

Mancow to Induct Jimmy Durante Into The National Radio Hall of Fame

Chicago, IL - TRN-FM's Erich "Mancow" Muller will represent The National Radio Hall of Fame and Museum while inducting legendary radio comedian Jimmy Durante at this Saturday's National Radio Hall of Fame gala live in Chicago.

Durante has been deceased since 1980, but his career spanned generations as a vaudevillian turned 1940s radio comedian and singer, he entertained audiences with his mangled English and raspy voice. The Jimmy Durante Show enjoyed success as both a solo act and as a comedy duo with sidekick Gary Moore for many years.

Mancow's interest in legendary broadcasters was fueled at an early age when his father introduced him to reel-to-reel recordings of classics like: Burns and Allen, Inner Sanctum Mysteries, The Shadow, Terry and the Pirates, Orson Welles and many others. Mancow claims that he and his popular morning show has been influenced by those who have used radio to inform and entertain in the past. He is honored to be part of the induction of Jimmy Durante into The National Radio Hall of Fame.

Mancow's Morning Madhouse is nationally syndicated by TRN-FM and is now heard on over 35 stations coast-to-coast including: San Francisco, Houston, Philadelphia, Miami, New Orleans, Indianapolis, Reno and Atlantic City.

This will be the second time that Mancow has been asked to do the honors as he inducted broadcaster Jim Bohannon into The National Radio Hall of Fame in 2003.

This year's black-tie gala is billed as, "Radio's biggest night of the year", with ABC Radio's Sean Hannity acting as host. The event will be streamed live Saturday, November 3rd, at 10:00 p.m. (ET) for more information go to www.radiohof.org.

July 18, 2007 - Phil Hendrie Show Explodes from Coast to Coast

San Francisco, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, San Diego, Tampa, Las Vegas add Phil out of the gate

Los Angeles, CA- The launching of Talk Radio Network-FM's The Phil Hendrie Show has been an "astounding success", according to TRN-FM CEO Mark Masters. Since his launch just two weeks ago, over forty markets have added Phil Hendrie to their late evening lineup, including some of the top radio markets across the U.S. The Phil Hendrie Show has been added in San Francisco, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, San Diego, Tampa, Denver, Riverside, Memphis, Las Vegas, West Palm Beach, Akron, Charleston, Reno, Boise, Augusta, and Bakersfield, to name a few.

In Los Angeles, where the show is based, Phil Hendrie was one of a handful of personalities who was able to achieve #1 ranked status in his daypart for over two years on KFI AM. The show became nationally syndicated in 1996 and was heard on over 100 stations around the country prior to Hendrie taking a brief exit to pursue television and movie projects.

"It's not surprising so many stations welcomed the return of Phil Hendrie," says TRN-FM CEO Mark Masters. "Phil is the master of satire and always delivers a pay off, which brings perspective on important issues of the day. He truly is a genius at his art form."

The re-launch of The Phil Hendrie Show has also allowed Hendrie to incorporate some new elements into the nightly program, tackling issues and breaking news of the day, while still using his creative style and voice characterizations to provide perspective.

Jim P. Pappas, Vice President/General Manager of KTRB-AM 860, San Francisco, says, "Phil Hendrie is the master of radio comedy and satire. We added The Phil Hendrie Show without hesitation. No one else compares."

Echoing similar sentiments, Program Director Dave Sniff, of 760 KFMB, San Diego, says, "Phil is simply a master at blending humor and issues! The night-time slot is perfect for the 'theater of the mind' style of communication he has made so famous. He is an original and extremely unique and when you put his talent against your average talk host, you win!"

Doug Westerman, Program Director of KTLK-FM, Minneapolis says, "Phil's insight on everyday life is by far one of the most unique in talk radio..."

Jon Volmar, Program Director, 1250 WHNZ in Tampa, says, "We are thrilled to bring Phil Hendrie back to the Tampa market. His style of talk radio is humorous, satirical and very entertaining and will be a great addition to WHNZ. "

Charlotte Burke, Program Director, News Talk 720 KDWN, Las Vegas says, "Phil could do a show just like other talk hosts do -and he'd be great at it. But that would be like asking Pamela Anderson to grab her floatation device and walk, not run, along the beach."

John Mountz of Super Talk 99.7 WTN in Nashville, says, "When I found out Phil Hendrie was back, my first thought was how do we get it? I was pleasantly surprised the show is live during the difficult to fill overnight slot. At last, a show that can give my competitor a run for its money. From the listener responses I have gotten so far, it was a great programming move for WTN."

In Omaha, Neil Nelkin, Program Director of KKAR says, "Phil Hendrie was the perfect addition to the KKAR schedule. A live show during the late night hours: relevant, foreground and outspoken. Response for the first two weeks has been much more than I expected."

John Starr, General Manager, WBXY, Gainesville, says, "Phil Hendrie is a truly unique and gifted radio personality. We've had many listeners rejoice that Phil is back and on our station. He goes well with Mancow."

In Tucson, Chuck Meyer, KCUB says "As someone who has had the pleasure of working with Phil Hendrie in the past, I have a special appreciation for his talents beyond my enjoyment of his show as a listener. Phil is his own niche. Nobody should go where Phil goes - or should even try."

Johnnie Walker, Program Director, KROD-AM, El Paso says, "There are few names that generate so much enthusiasm in the radio talk world as Phil Hendrie. Most new talk shows need a killer demo to sell itself to potential markets, but Phil's name almost sells the show by itself! The excitement in the responses when I mentioned the possibility of getting this show was key in making the call. Not many talk show hosts can generate THIS much excitement about a show."

Jerry Evans, Owner of KKFT-FM, Reno says, "I chose Phil Hendrie because you can expect the unexpected. There simply isn't another radio show like it in any radio format."

Phil Hendrie has been in radio broadcasting for over 30 years and began doing talk radio in 1990. The first Phil Hendrie Show was a comedy talk radio program that became renowned for its unique and controversial guests, who were actually fictional characters created and voiced by Hendrie himself.

Hendrie's voice has appeared in popular animated features in the past several years, including FOX sitcoms King of the Hill and Futurama, as well as the 2005 cinematic smash-hit Team America: World Police. June 26, 2007 - Rusty Humphries Accompanies Supreme Allied Commander of Europe to Afghanistan & Front Lines

"The Muslim extremist threat is far worse than the American media reports," says Humphries

Orlando, FL. - Talk Radio Network's nationally syndicated talk show host, Rusty Humphries, has a reputation for reporting from the front lines of the War on Terror. He has bolstered that hard-earned reputation after an exclusive, inside look at terrorist and Muslim Extremist activities in Brussels, Afghanistan and London. Humphries was invited as the sole journalist to chronicle a secret, "Need to know," inspection of NATO's efforts in Afghanistan by Supreme Allied Commander of Europe, General John Craddock. This trip to the front lines of the Afghanistan war zone triggered Humphries' three part investigation of the War on Terror outside of the United States.

BRUSSELS

Humphries reports that the influence of extremists in Brussels, the capital of the European Union, is pervasive and troubling. "The Muslim extremist threat is far worse than the American media reports," says Humphries. "There's absolutely nothing on the news about this and Americans will be shocked when this story reaches the antique, head-in-the-sand, media."

AFGHANISTAN

The details of this trip, to date, have been kept secret due to safety concerns. Humphries and General Craddock inspected four separate provinces and war zones. Afghanistan, one of the key regions in the fight against terror, continues to face the threat of a Taliban resurgence. The Taliban, like Al Qaeda, are Muslim fundamentalists and a key support group to Osama bin Laden and his followers. Afghanistan remains a major producer of opium and there is an active attempt to cut off the drug trade as a source of income for terrorists. Additionally, Humphries visited a town in the NE province of Afghanistan called Feyzabad. The location is so remote; it is the only area the Taliban did not gain control. The poverty and lifestyle is that out of the 1600's.

LONDON

London was Humphries final stop and, incredibly, his life and freedom was in jeopardy there, as well. As Humphries has reported in the past, London is a significant hotbed of extremist activities and terrorism plots. While in London, Humphries interviewed the infamous Member of Parliament, George Galloway. Galloway, now that Tony Blair has stepped down, is the best known member of Parliament in the world today. A self-proclaimed anti-American and good friend of Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, and Yassir Arafat and Saddam Hussein (when alive), Galloway thanked Humphries for the interview by attempting to have him arrested inside the halls of Parliament.

Humphries then visited and interviewed attendees of the London Central Mosque. These recorded interviews demonstrate the shocking and extreme views of Muslims living in London. With ties to Osama bin Laden, those interviewed were the recipients of videos sent directly from the man who masterminded 9/11 and so much more.

The Rusty Humphries Show is a fast-paced, issue-oriented, caller-driven talk show. Rusty's unique talent can make you laugh one minute and cry the next as he challenges his listeners on the hottest topics of the day. His "matter-of-fact" common sense delivery is highly entertaining and informative. Rusty's high-energy and passion transcends the radio and makes it feel as though he is in the same room with you.

Rusty has been nominated for R&R; News/Talk Personality of the Year and for the last five years in a row has been named to Talkers Magazine's "Heavy 100". Rusty was inducted into the Nevada Broadcasters Hall of Fame as its youngest inductee ever.

Listen for Rusty's quick wit and sincere passion as he engages his callers and audience in the hottest conversations of the day.
