Instructions
Installing the BluWiki Skin
It's easy! Just unzip the skin in the "skins" directory of your MediaWiki installation. Once you have done this, you'll want to edit bluwiki_skin.php and replace this line:
$bluwiki_skin_url = 'http://www.bluwiki.com';
with the URL to your mediawiki installation (without the trailing slash):
$bluwiki_skin_url = 'http://www.foobar.com/wiki';
Your MediaWiki users should then see it as an available option in their preferences page.
To make it your default skin:
cd /path/to/mediawiki/ vi LocalSettings.php
Find this line:
$wgDefaultSkin = 'monobook';
Replace with:
$wgDefaultSkin = 'bluwiki_skin';
