Why wouldn't you want Boston.com to be the first site you see in the morning?

Make Boston.com your home page. This means each time you connect to the Internet Boston.com will load automatically. You won't need to type in the address or use a bookmark. It also means any time you want to return to Boston.com, all you need to do is click the "home" button on your browser's toolbar.

Please be sure you are following the correct instructions for your browser and version.
If you are using IE 6.0 or 7.0:
  • Go to the http://www.boston.com front page
  • Go to the "Tools" menu and choose "Internet Options"
  • Click on the "General" tab
  • If you are already on the boston.com home page, click "Use Current Page", then OK. If not, type http://www.boston.com
If you are using Firefox
  • Under the "Tools" menu, click "Options"
  • Click the "General" tab on the left
  • If you are already on the boston.com home page, click "Use Current Page", then OK. If not, type http://www.boston.com in the text box, then OK.
If you are using Safari
  • Click on "Edit" and select "Preferences"
  • If you are not already on the "General" tab, click "General"
  • If you are already on the boston.com home page, click "Use Current Page", then OK. If not, type http://www.boston.com
  • Click the "Enter" button on your keyboard then close
  • the "Preferences" window.
