Setting Up Your Account

Once you have entered all of your profile information to become a member, you will be able to make changes and updates to your information through the “My Account” area. There are many options to choose from (Update account information – change address, e-mail address, password, etc.).

Adding Products To Your Cart
When you see an item you would like to purchase, choose the quantity and size (if applicable) and hit “add to cart”. You will then be taken to the shopping cart page to view the product(s) you have chosen. You can either checkout, or continue shopping by choosing one of the “Browse By” options. The products will remain in your cart until you are ready to checkout.
Changing Products In Your Cart
To change the style, size, or color of an item in your cart use the drop down list next to the item's description. To change the quantity of an item, enter the new quantity in the quantity box associated with the item. To delete an item click the "Remove" check box next to the item you want to delete. You will see the revised shopping cart after you click the Update Cart button, and then you can check out, continue shopping, or make further changes to your cart.

    This means that this was ordered before the release date. To find the release date, please go to the page that the item is located. The pre-ordered item will not be shipped until the release date.

  • Backorder
    This means that due to unforeseen demand, we’ve temporarily run out of stock on this item. We are working with our vendors to get these items in as quickly as possible. We will ship your order as soon as the backordered item comes in.

  • Regular Order Waiting For Processing
    This means that your order is in the processing stage. The processing stage compiles all of the information from your order, verifies the information on your credit card and submits the order to the warehouse to be picked. This order is for standard Delivery only. (UPS Smart Post, USPS)

  • Expedited Order Waiting For Processing
    This means that your order is in the processing stage. The processing stage compiles all of the information from your order, verifies the information on your credit card and submits the order to the warehouse to be picked. Expedited orders are sent to the warehouse with a priority status and shipped via the express shipping method chosen by you. (UPS Ground, 2 day and Overnight)

  • Order Processed And Picked; Waiting To Go To Warehouse
    This means that you order is complete in the warehouse to be shipped. No changes can be made to your order at this time.

  • In Warehouse To Be Picked
    This means that your order is in our warehouse in the processing stage where the items you ordered are being picked. No changes to your order can be made at this time.

  • Shipped
    This means that the shipping company has picked up your package to be shipped out to you. If you do not see tracking information, that means that the data has not yet been input in the shippers database. Please allow 24 hours for the information to appear on their website.

  • Waiting For Customer
    This means that either you contacted our Customer Care department or that someone from our Customer Care department contacted you regarding your order. Please contact them at 1-866-WWE-SHOP (1-866-993-7467).

  • Order Pending Verification
    This means that we are processing your order by verifying that the credit card and billing information is correct. This is a standard process for the consumer’s protection.
Cancel An Order

If your order has shipped or is in the process of being shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order. You will need to follow the return instructions on the back of your packing slip once you receive the package. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Tips When Using A Credit Card
Here are some tips for entering credit card information:
  • The credit card number should be entered without spaces, dots or dashes.
  • The name should appear exactly as it appears on the card, as should the expiration date.
  • The address should exactly match the address where your credit card is billed; this may be different than where you currently reside if you have recently moved, are working on assignment in another city or at school, or have not updated your credit card files.
  • The address should include spaces between numbers and words, (i.e., 34 smith st. not 34smithst).
  • The address needs to be entered once, not twice in Address Line 2.
  • The city, if two words, should be separated (i.e., silver oak, not silveroak).
  • The city must be entered fully, not, LA, but Los Angeles.
  • The state, province or territory must be chosen from the drop down menu, as well as the country
  • Your postal code or zip code should not contain spaces (i.e. M2J 4P8 should be written as M2J4P8 with no space)
  • Your e-mail address needs to be entered for confirmations and verification of accounts
  • Your phone number must include the area code and it should be the phone number that your credit card company recognizes, i.e., if you are traveling or have moved, make sure that you enter the phone number that is on file with your credit card company. As long as you use this phone number, the computer will recognize it as correct.
  • If you have tried to have the same card with the same information (especially if the information has an error with one of the points above) more than 3 times in the last 24 hours, please wait 12 hours before trying to purchase again using corrected information.
  • WWE uses a commercial transaction company to verify all transactions. When we do not receive an authorization from them, we do not always know the reason for this but for your protection, we have to deny access to purchase. We suggest that you review the credit card information, including the billing address, (you might have made an error in filling in the form) or use another card.
What is a security number or CVV?
CVV Number

The card identification (CVV) number is a 3- or 4-digit code found on your credit card. We are requesting it as an added security precaution. It's another measure we take to ensure that your credit card is present when you place your order. If your CVV number is illegible, call your credit card company.

Customs Fees
