U2 set to play third Croke Park gig

U2 have confirmed that the band will play a third and final Irish concert at Dublin's Croke Park on 27 July 2009.

All 160,000 tickets for U2 360° Tour performances on 24 July and 25 July sold out in just 40 minutes last Friday.

U2 will have a number of different support acts for the concerts. In Dublin, on 24 July they will be supported by Glasvegas, and joining them on 25 July will be the Kaiser Chiefs. The support act for the final concert has not yet been announced.


Tickets priced €33.60, €59.80, €91.50, €131.50 (including booking fee) go on sale on Wednesday, 1 April at 8am.
