The only thing that I will be able to file on is crimes committed in the City of Beaumont Tx.. As an officer of the court I have a solemn duty to report such activity to the law enforcement and demand immediate investigation, subpoena of the records and prosecution to the full extend of the law.Mr. Obama has availed himself to the jurisdiction of the state of Texas as he put his name as a candidate for president on the ballot here and additionally he came and campaigned here.Please see attached reports, that should help in your investigation.Reports contain a computerized image of Certification of life birth for Mr. Obama and Certification of Selective Service and statements from experts, showing those documents to exhibit numerous signs of forgery.It is my understanding that in the State of Texas forgery is a class C felony that carries up to 10 years in the state penitentiary. On two counts of forgery Mr. Obama might be facing up to 20 years in jail in the state of Texas alone, since those counts run consecutively. Since Mr. Obama has availed himself to the jurisdiction of 50 states with similar statutes, he might be facing 1,000 years in state penitentiaries around the country on forgery charges alone. Additionally, there are numerous counts of suspected fraud, voter fraud, mail fraud, wire fraud, corruption of a public official, intimidation, interference with the system of justice, social security fraud, tax fraud, perjury and other related crimes. As the National Security is at stake, I would request your immediate attention to this matter and expedient report with a report number of the suspected criminal activity and subpoena of Mr. Obama's vital records, such as his original vault long version birth certificate in Hawaii, passports from Indonesia and Kenya, immigration records, certification of selective service, school registration from Occidental College, Harvard university and Columbia University.I am attaching a 164 page dossier of suspected illegal activity. We hear these 2 terms frequently I had to look up the exact definitions. In regards to the Obama Constitutional crisis we sure have quite a few members of our government who swore by these oaths, but are not living up to them. For me one of the biggest scandals within the scandal is those in government can't/won't even deign to look, or investigate, or question. Isn't this how our country got into a whole heap of trouble on 9-11? Just take somebody's word for "it". This whole withholding of documentation is horrendous especially in light of 9-11. In that short amount of time we still did not learn our lessons? Our current ecomonic troubles stem from not learning lessons from the great depression. Glad to say I missed that, but our parents taught us fiscal responsibility due to the lessons they learned during their formative years. We are now going to witness scandal after scandal re: Wall Street, Big Business, the Governments continuing scandals. I have always believed the truth will win out in the end and it is. The good news when this is all over we will have clean government with honest, ethical, moral people running it, no longer will the American people tolerate politicians of both parties who do not have the nations best interest at heart. They can be consertative or liberal, fighting it out it usually ends up with moderate solutions (my personal favorite). I believe 80% of my fellow Americans are moderates, the extreme wings of both parties have really high jacked the nation, but the Constitutional crisis is not about parties it is about the Constitution the only framework that we have to guide us. Why is our government not behind this? The people are losing respect for any government official at an alarming rate. Wow, Michelle, I'm continually impressed with your knowledge and after hearing you talk about your family background on a previous comment, you are truly a patriot. I'm, also, so very proud of Dr. Orly and her constant and sustaining battle against the corrupt BO and his Chicago Thugs and against all odds. She never gives up and will fight until the end. It must be in the genes (with Dr. Orly's great Uncle and with your ancestors) the reason that you and Dr. Orly are such fighters. That day will definitely come with her attitude and all the patriots out there. Mr. Dischler is also a patriot and one to be respected as well.
I believe with all my heart that BO was picked by the DNC to be a puppet by them because they had such goods on his corrupt past and that they knew they could control him. They also knew that they could also control Biden so that's why he was picked, too. Both of them are just figureheads and the real President and VP are Pelosi and Reid. That's why BO uses his teleprompter all the time because he hasn't a clue what's going on. Everyone brags about how smart BO is, but how does anyone know how smart he is since no one has ever seen his college records. He goes on all these trips away from DC as a PR person, because he's not needed in DC to run things---he'd just get in their way. Pelosi and Reid only bring him back to DC so he could sign their bills. They surely didn't want a strong-willed person like Hillary who would definitely go against them, so they had made a conscious decision to support BO in order that they could put forth their Socialist/Marxist agenda without any opposition.
During the campaign I resented BO from comparing himself to Lincloln. I took this to be very personal, because I'm related to Mary Todd Lincoln. My grandmother was the spitten image of Mary Todd. This shows how utterly stupid BO is because he is comparing himself to a Republican.
A door will be surely opened--I feel very soon--and justice will be prevailed and BO will be exposed for who he is.

Just to know that people like you are fighting so hard for our beloved United States of America and are in vital/responsible positions where your efforts can count so much. Sheriffs are the way to go when it comes to local law enforcement. The sheriff is the supreme law enforcement authority in his/her county, even superior to federal agents. As much as I once believed and pulled for this, I've given up on the courts. I think the movement is losing people every day, and that means we shrink in support. It's because NOTHING has happened in a positive direction. The judicial branch is a disaster and would need to be TOTALLY reformed. No court has heard a case, and no court WILL hear a case. How many have their been? Fifty? One hundred? At what point to we acknowledge what's going on here?
The judges are either in support of Barry or the democrats, or they are afraid of being "the one" to open this can of worms. That's it. Those who support this tyranny aren't about to let the truth see the light of day. Everyone else is afraid of their peers or the Federal government. They might even fear going down in history as the judge who caused violent riots. They probably fear for the lives and those of their families.
There are too many criminals in robes and elected offices, and too many dangerous people loose on the streets for ONE honest judge to step up and do the job properly. Only when millions of citizens clear the path for justice will it be done again in America. Right now, it seems like everyone is waiting for someone else to take the first action.
I wish SOME people would step up and start the ball rolling. Each day puts another chain and lock on America's people. We are wasting too much time. Soon, I think we'll find that even the act of filing another suit will be made impossible.
Where are the real American heroes? Do we have any left? I think it's great what you attorneys have done, but you were never allowed your day in court and now the filing has slowed to a crawl. No cases are being brought, and even if they were, they would not be heard.
It's time for the people to speak up for themselves. A few attorneys tried, but the system built a wall they can't get over. Now, millions of people have to disrupt life as we've known it. To go on each day as we always have will NEVER bring change. Yes, I hate to even use the word "change" after Barry's disgusting empty ranting, but it applies here. We want/need a change--namely, Barry and crew out of office. You aren't going to GET that change doing exactly what you've always done. Going to work, coming home, watching TV, complaining on blogs, etc hasn't worked. If you want a new result, you have to do something different. That's just common sense, folks.
