Today's Trip to DC and the Refillings

Today, Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq; or as nicknamed by our volunteer Judith, our Lady of Liberty!, was in Washington DC with WorldNetDaily's Joseph Farah.  Among their tasks in DC was visits to the Department of Justice and to the Supreme Court.  It has been learned,  proven, and now documented that many of the signed receipt documents send in since December have not been received.  Dr. Taitz, or our Lady Liberty, will have a full detailed account for everyone soon.

Thank you Joseph Farah for documenting this historic day!

Refilled, in person and documented as being sent prior was the Application for Emergency Stay and the Quo Warranto.

Both can be downloaded here.

As I said before, you must have people hand-deliver these documents. Mail, even certified eyes only mail is too easily intercepted, discarded or otherwise ignored. Addition, you must have people track these people down and question them. It helps if many people are involved and ask these questions at public events so the media knows what is happening. Dr. Orly has 1000's of supporter patriots. These patriots can attend public meetings of VIPs and make in person stops at different government agencies to deliver important documents, ask questions and raise concerns.

We have had documents hand delivered and signed for.  Those are included in the 'not received'.

If you recall in 2005 during the Terri Schiavo case, that case went to US Supreme Court twice in 10 days. David Gibbs, the Lawyer for the parents said in numerous interviews that they were litigating at the speed of light. I remember Davd Gibbs stating at one point that were actually filing motions to Supreme Court Justices Home's via email. I am curious on what David Gibbs meant by this. Perhaps it might be helpful to contact David Gibbs to see if he is aware of private Supreme Court Justice's emails that can be utilized.

Wow! How hard they have worked to disallow We the People to know the truth! Somehow, and this scares me, I don't think a majority will get in an uproar when the truth comes out, that Barry is an illegal/unqualified to hold the Executive Office. What are we going to do folks, if our legal system denies us the right to insist that he shows us the birth certificate? Has it all become so self-serving that justice will not be allowed? When you think about how much power We the People have lost over the last fifty years, it truly gives you a moment of panic. However, I know We the People must remain strong, determined, and in faith that justice will prevail. Surely! oh surely there are still good, moral-standing people in our justice department, whom sees our great Constitution as the binding, legal document that it is. We must look back and ask ourselves "what would our forefathers have done?" Actually, we know what they would have done. I try to discuss this with people, and they snicker, roll their eyes, and/or gets hostile. They point out that there is no way a person would be in office, if they were not a legal citizen. Why didn't the Clinton's pursue this? They also ask, are you racists? I've had a very small number say "so what!" Scary times, but I know We the People can make America right again. Our ancestors sure did, and we ain't no different!

I will give you a very simple answer that you can fire back at the racist question. When asked are you a racist simply ask them if the black Navy commander with 20+ years of service, who is a party in Dr. Taitz's law suit and is risking his pension, is a racist. Then wait for them to answer. Force them to answer that question.

Dear Orly, Mr. Farah and Patriots,

Please take note of a new attack already in the works: Barney Frank has called Justice Scalia a "homophobe", saying it would be futile to bring the sodomite/lesbian marriage issue to the Supreme Court as long as Justice Scalia is one of the presiding judges. Now here is an evil man without a shred of respect for the rule of law, but who blatantly is working with all his might to pervert the judicial system in our country. Barney Frank is hell bent on making sure some groups get special - not equal - rights! Let's watch this very closely, as the next tactic is to try to get rid of the so-called "conservative" justices.

World Net and Dr. Taitz - Thank you for all you are doing.

    Dear Dr. Taitz:

As a retired Marine Corps Officer, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your hard work on this urgent issue and for your selfless dedication to our country, which inspires all of us to take action.

I would also like to take the liberty of sharing my recent blog on this issue:

    http://WeroInNM.blogtownhall.com/2009/03/23/ltr_to_mr_jeffrey_taylor-us_attorney_for_district_of_columbia.thtml

I gracefully ask for and would greatly appreciate your feedback on my blog.

Since I am not an attorney, I just want to make sure that I took the appropriate action by sending a letter to Mr. Jeffrey Taylor, US Attorney for the District of Columbia asking for his assistance on this issue knowing that I may not even get a response from him, but I felt that I needed to take some action so, after some intense research on my own, I took the leap.

    Have a great day.

    Thanks again.

    Semper Fi!

      Capt. Martinez,

First of all, thank you very much for your service!

I have read your letter to U.S. Attorney Taylor, and it doesn't get much more complete than that-your research served you well.

Thank you for doing this and God bless you!

I think it is way past time to take some power away from our legislatures! Afterall, we are the power...We the People, and not the majoritial self-serving, deviant, lying folks we have in office now. Mr. Frank needs to be reminded his position vs. We the People's position. The taxpayers own you, Mr. Frank, and not the other way around. If anything should be changed (I say this philosophically) in the Constitution, it should be that terms limits for these clowns, should be on a day-to-day basis. If you read the Constitution, our government is the one targeted as potential tyranist. Not us! We the People are given all the militia rights, not the government! We have the right to bear arms against them; they have the right to arm the U.S. military for any foreign invastion. Not against us. Oh yeah, but then they use the federal prison system for those whom speaks out and cause civil unrest. Yep, things have GOT to change, or else we will be buried. Homosexuality, in my veiw, and I've know many whom claims that label, are very mixed up folks, never happy, and always living in drama that they create themselves. Biblically, it is a abomination unto Yahweh and Yahsua and has to be stopped, or else We the People will fall from grace. I truly believe that.

I'm looking forward to more details about where these documents went and why they weren't received? How does anyone know they weren't received? Isn't it a felony to tamper with the mail? Is anyone going to ask for charges to be pressed against the perps?

Well before Obama was inaugurated, and at the time that the first case was about to be considered by The Supremes in conference, I wrote personal letters to each Supreme, on my personal stationery, respectfully urging them to give careful consideration to the issue of Obama's citizenship status, and expressing my deep concern. I did not ever receive any response from any of the nine. I do not know if they are expected to observe the usual nicities and acknowledge a letter ("Thank you for your interest, which is appreciated"), but the fact remains that I was always suspicious that the letters were sidetracked. Now I am even more concerned with corruption within the Supreme Court support services. Chilling.
