For our first NCAA Tourney Preview podcast, we brought in a hired gun: SleepyFloyd7, known to the outside world as Spencer Kane, co-host of KFRU's The Closers. So if you have been thinking about listening to The Fastest 40 Minutes but can't stomach the thought of listening to me talk for that long, realize that at least one of us on the podcast is an official radio personality.

We are without Doug this week...he's busy watching NAIA basketball...
Needless to say, this week's questions are pretty easy.
1 - First up, thoughts on Mizzou's Big 12 Tournament win last weekend? Was it simply a bout of good fortune (playing the 7, 9, and 11 seeds) and timely play, or was it more significant than that? And yes, I made that question intentionally vague.
2 - Alright, take a look at the bracket and tell me...who's your Elite Eight matchup in the East Region?
3 - South Region?
4 - Midwest Region?
5 - West Region?

time for some more ridiculous mcdonalds creations. That one is the evolution of the big mac where as this link is an evolution of the mcgangbang. It has mcchicken patties instead of buns. Truly outrageous. I know what I am eating for dinner tonight

-- From my father, an Alabama graduate who is currently in Birmingham and talking with some of his UA friends. Take it or leave it, it is an interesting rumor.

Another baseball note: Max Scherzer wasn't great in his spring debut with the D-Backs, as he struggled with his command.
"Dennis Dodd (CBS Sports) shared Barnhart's optimism for Alabama (#4) and pumped Kansas at #14, saying 'any team with quarterback Todd Reesing is capable of anything.' Anything except for winning the Big 12 North, evidently."
