Criminal Intelligence/Crime Analysis Unit

The Criminal Intelligence/Crime Analysis Unit (CI/CA) is responsible for many services within the Division of Drug and Crime Control. The unit processes intelligence information received from a variety of sources, which is collated, verified, classified, stored and disseminated to Patrol officers as well as to other agencies on a right-to-know, need-to-know basis. The unit also provides both strategic and tactical analysis on a daily basis to law enforcement agencies throughout the state.
