Clear the story mode once on any difficulty to unlock Heroic Difficulty.

If you die while attempting the Untouchable Trophy, fret not. There's no need to restart the entire game, just press pause and restart the level. Your death count will be reset to 0.

Performing certain tasks in multiplayer will unlock ribbons for your profile.

• Assassination Defend Specialist - Stay alive as Target
• Assassination Kill Specialist - Kill 1 Assassination Target
• Body Count Specialist - Get 10 kills during a mission
• Boost Specialist - Perform 5 Boosts
• C4 Specialist - Get 5 kills with C4 Explosives
• Capture and Hold Defend Specialist - Earn 10 mission points by capturing a point
• Cloak Specialist - Kill 5 enemies while Cloaked
• Close Combat Specialist - Kill 10 enemies by close combat melee
• Disguise Specialist - Kill 5 enemies while disguised
• Good Conduct - Get 20 points with no team kills or suicides
• Headshot Specialist - Get 10 kills via headshots
• Healing Specialist - Heal 5 players
• Repair Specialist - Repair 5 objects
• Revival Specialist - Revive 5 players
• Search and Destroy Specialist - Disarm or place 2 objectives
• Search and Retrieve Specialist - Return 2 objectives
• Sidearm Specialist - Get 10 kills with pistols
• Sniper Specialist - 10 kills with the Sniper Rifle
• Spawn Point Specialist - 5 players Spawn on placed area
• Spot and Mark Specialist - Spot and mark 5 players
• Turret Specialist - Get 5 kills via placed Sentry Turret

The Safety First Trophy requires you to shoot off 100 Helghast helmets, but the Helghast need not be alive. Shoot helmets off fallen soldiers to get the Trophy quickly.
