This recipe is wonderful. I never thought I could make a perfect fried rice until this I tried this recipe. The ginger is the kicker. It makes the flavor delightful.

This recipe was very easy to follow. Great taste and flavor. My kids really enjoyed it. Try it with brown or white rice. Added green pepers to sauce for a bit more flavor.

I love this recipe! I did it with brown rice though for a little healthier version. I also suggest letting it simmer for about 30 minutes before eating. But it's fabulous!
