- Telephone Orders -

 

At Sabon, our mission is to make your shopping experience unique and effortless. If you cannot find what you are looking for in our FAQ’s or on our Customer Care page, please contact us via email at sabon@sabonnyc.com or call our Customer Care Representatives to place a phone order. 

- Order Status -

 

Most orders will be entered into the processing system within hours of receipt. Expedited orders received before 11 AM EST will be shipped the same day (based on product availability). Our processing time does not include weekends, so order placed after 11 AM EST on Fridays, Saturday and Sunday will not begin processing until the following business day.

* Shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are required by all carriers to be shipped by Next Day Air only.

* At this time, we are unable to ship to destinations outside of the United States. If you are interested in placing an order, please visit our Corporate Information page for a full listing of Sabon locations worldwide.

- Tracking Your Order -

 

You can track you order 3 ways:

1) E-Mail: As soon as you complete your order online, you will receive an email confirmation complete with your shipping information, your order number, and your order contents. Sabon Headquarters receives your order within minutes. Your order will enter the processing system immediately if you have placed the order before 11 AM EST.

2) Shipping Carrier: If you have received an email confirmation from our carrier, your order has shipped already. To find the status of your shipment, call their toll free # or refer to your email, which contains a tracking number, carrier website link and an estimated date of arrival.

3) Customer Care: Once your order is being processed, call Customer Care at (866) 697 – 2266 or send an email to sabon@sabonnyc.com to get details about when you order will go out, if it hasn’t already. Customer Care is available Monday - Friday 9-5 PM EST (excluding most Federal holidays see a list of holidays here).

 

- Changing a Submitted Order -


After you have clicked "Complete Purchase," your order is immediately sent to our warehouse, where it begins processing. To change or cancel your order prior to ship within 24 hours.

- Shipping Methods & Rates -


Shipping options available are:

  • Next Day Air - Arrives on the next business day by 10:30 AM, 12 PM or end of day, depending on the destination.  Available for all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
  • Next Day Air Saver - Arrives on the next business day by 3:00 PM or end of day, depending on the destination.
  • 2nd Day Air - Arrives end of day on the 2nd business day, to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
  • 3 Day Select - Arrives end of day on the 3rd business day, to 48 states.
  • Ground - Arrives within 1-5 business days, to 48 states.

* If you wish to have expedited shipping, please place your order before 11 AM EST to be processed and shipped on the same day. Please refer to the transit map and rate chart below for an estimate on your shipping needs. (Sabon includes a S&H fee of $6.00).


 

* Currently, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or locations outside of the U.S.


* Depending on the total weight of the item(s) you purchase, the shipping destination and the shipping method, your shipping rate will vary. Your total shipping & handling charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

- Payment Methods -


Sabon accepts all major credit cards.

  • Your billing address must match the name of the card you choose to use
  • Sabon cannot process orders with billing addresses outside of the United States
  • All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing

- Sales Tax -


Sabon is required by law to collect sales tax on all sales and shipments purchased in or arriving to locations in New York State.  Current NY State Tax is 8.375%.


- Returns & Exchanges -


We offer Free Returns & Free Exchanges!

Returns & Exchanges by Mail

We are happy to process your return or exchange promptly.  For a full refund, please make sure to returns items within 45 days from the date of purchase Returns received after 45 days from the date of purchase will receive store credit only.  We accept exchanges at any time, within our policy guidelines.

  • Please fill out your Sabon Return Form and sign your UPS Return Label.
  • Pack items safely for shipping and seal the box
  • Place the UPS Return Label on the outside of the box and drop off your package at your local UPS location or hand over the package to a UPS driver. 
  • All returns will be credited to the original form of payment

* Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive your return and process your request. Once your return is processed, we will send an email or give you a call with confirmation of your credit, exchange shipment or arrange for payment.

* In the case that you return any portion of your order, the shipping costs are non-refundable.


Returns & Exchanges to Retail Locations

We are happy to process your return or exchange promptly. For a full refund, please make sure to returns items within 45 days from the date of purchase Returns received after 45 days from the date of purchase will receive store credit only. We accept exchanges at any time, within our policy guidelines.

  • Visit any retail location with your merchandise for return or exchange, along with your original receipt.  If you are returning items received as a gift, you will be able to exchange the items or receive store credit without a receipt.

* In the case that you return any portion of your order, the shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

- Franchising & Wholesaling -


Sabon is a privately owned and operated company here in the United States and therefore we do not franchise or wholesale at this time. If you are interested in franchise and wholesale opportunities abroad, please email vered@sabon.co.il.  


- Sabon Mood Catalog -


Our catalogs are included with all online and store purchases. If you have not visited Sabon before, you may request a catalog by mail simply by clicking on Contact Us in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen, fill out the required information and submit.  Our current catalog is for mood only and does not contain pricing or product details.

We invite you to try every product at Sabon, therefore with each purchase we include several samples for you to enjoy.

 

- Donation Requests & Public Relations -
