Unless updating your e-mail contacts book in “Outlook is some sort of video game, I didn’t play anything last night. I was at the office until 11pm pulling contact info for people from thousands of e-mails in my inbox. Maybe Microsoft’s product would be even more attractive to companies and workers if it awarded points to users who did productive things, like regularly cleaning up their inbox. Maybe?
