Veteran cornerback Keiwan Ratliff has agreed to a one-year contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers according to ESPN.com, adding to the list of players the Indianapolis Colts have lost on the veteran free-agent market.
Ratliff appeared in 13 games for Indy in 2008, four as a starter. He collected 31 tackles and two interceptions. His 35-yard touchdown return following an interception against Jacksonville lifted the Colts to a 31-24 victory in mid-December.
Ratliff, 28, is the latest Colts player to sign elsewhere. Previously, defensive tackle Darrell Reid signed with Denver, running back Dominic Rhodes with Buffalo and punter Hunter Smith with the Washington Redskins.
The Colts have re-signed a safety Matt Giordano and linebacker Tyjuan Hagler.
