Each year, the Colorado Avalanche hosts its annual Charity Golf Classic at The Ridge at Castle Pines North in Castle Rock. The entire team including players, coaches and front office personnel participate in the event. The event gives fans and sponsors the unique opportunity to spend a day golfing with their favorite Avalanche personality while raising funds for a very worthy cause.
The Colorado Avalanche hosted its annual Charity Brunch on February 8, 2009, at the Denver Marriott City Center. The event included a silent auction, brunch and a fashion show with Avalanche players and coaches escorting ambassadors from The Children's Hospital. Proceeds benefited The Children's Hospital, Teammates for Kids and Kroenke Sports Charities. 
This year’s event featured athletes from four professional sports teams on the Pepsi Center arena floor, and was an evening that our guests will never forget.
