Yarkon Park

The Yarkon Park offers a rare combination of green open spaces, sports and recreation grounds. Extending over an area of 3,500 dunams (approximately 875 acres), it is Israel's largest park and Tel Aviv's main green area. Current development works include the Yarkon Promenade, stretching from the beach to the Ten Mills, and new recreation grounds between Yarkon Park and the Sporteque Tzafon (north sports grounds).

Yarkon Park is the perfect place for outdoor activities for the whole family. You can enjoy a leisurely stroll or cycle through the park (bicycle rentals on site). There is a whole magical world to explore: the Aviary Park, Biblical Park, Tropical Garden, Cactus Garden and Rock Garden. For children there are scores of exciting adventures including Hamemadion water park, a huge playground, mini-train rides, mini-golf, artificial lake, pony rides, outdoor sculpting, and a puppet theater. During the summer Yarkon Park is a major venue for outdoor theatre and concerts, and a variety of cultural events.
