Background
Gay pornography actor Harlow Cuadra is currently on trial for capital murder in Luzerne County.
Investigators allege Cuadra and his partner Joseph Kerekes killed Brian Kocis in January 2007, believing Kocis was their main rival in the industry of producing pornographic movies.
Kerekes pleaded guilty in December 2008 to second-degree murder and is serving life in prison without parole.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for Cuadra.
