HUNDREDS of Newcastle United supporters turned up for the chance to meet their Toon heroes at the launch of the brand new black-and-white home kit at St.James' Park.

Skipper Michael Owen was joined by Steven Taylor, Steve Harper, Habib Beye, Sebastien Bassong, Danny Guthrie and Mark Viduka for the special signing session at the Official Club Store underneath the famous Gallowgate End.

A queue of eager Geordies stretched as far as the eye could see along Strawberry Place as they waited for autographs and pictures with their Magpie idols.

And fans are reminded that anyone buying the new kit from official Club stores or online via NUFC Direct at www.nufc.co.uk between now and May 17 will be entitled to a FREE behind-the-scenes stadium tour of St.James' Park.
