Walgreen names Wade Miquelon CFO as of June 16

SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Walgreen Co. late Monday named Wade Miquelon chief financial officer, effective June 16.

Miquelon comes to the Deerfield, Ill.-based drugstore company from Springdale, Ark.-based meat processor Tyson Foods Inc. (nyse: TSN - news - people )

He replaces William Rudolphsen, who has been appointed to the new role of chief risk officer at Walgreen (nyse: WAG - news - people ).

Walgreen shares closed the regular session up 51 cents at $35.50.
