What I liked:: I brought my young son for an outpatient appointment to see the Urologist. Everything ran very much on time and he was made to feel very at ease. The staff were all very efficient and the consultant absolutely super with a nervous boy and anxcious Dad!
Waiting is the worst part of any hospital trip and we had none.
What could be improved:: Signage could have been a bit better.
