Controllers deal with large numbers of enemies at one time, favoring offense over defense and powers that weaken, confuse, or delay their foes.

Defenders are the party's front-line combatants, with the highest defense and close-up offense.

Leaders inspire, heal, and aid their group. They have good defenses, and focus on protecting their companions and targeting specific foes for the party to focus on.
