Man in custody after Knox home burns
KNOX - Christopher David appeared in Knox Town Court Wednesday night to face charges of arson and reckless endangerment.
The Albany County Sheriffs Department says David set fire to his mother's house on Sudo Road that afternoon. They say he called his mother from inside the burning house, telling her he had a bomb.
The sheriffs had to use a Taser gun to subdue David before dragging him out of the burning house.
He is being held without bail in the Albany County Jail.
