North Patrol provides police services for the 75,381 residents of unincorporated Orange County. These 71 County Islands are located adjacent to the cities of Anaheim, Buena Park, Brea, Garden Grove, Newport Beach, Orange, Santa Ana, Tustin and Yorba Linda. Also included are the communities of Midway City, Rossmoor, Sunset Beach, Silverado Canyon, Modjeska Canyon and Newport Coast, as well as the contract City of Villa Park. North Patrol deputies respond to approximately 42,000 calls for service each year.

Additionally, North Patrol supports enforcement for Special Events such as, Medal of Valor, Peace Officer Memorial and the annual Orange County Fair. Contract police services are also provided to the Orange County Fairgrounds, holiday enforcement for Harbors, Beaches and Parks, Huntington Beach and Newport Beach.

Expertly trained to recognize individuals under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Community Oriented Policing 3 Deputies

Coordinating the efforts of the Neighborhood Enhancement Team (NET) and Directed Enforcement Team (DET). Working closely with community leaders, Investigations, Probation Department, County Code Enforcement and schools, to address concerns and problems within the community
