Return/Exchange Policy

Shade Clothing will gladly accept returns on any unworn, unwashed product purchased Online or at a Shade store within 30 days* of the shipment or purchase date. Online purchases may be returned to Shade Clothing stores or can be mailed, along with your product(s) and a filled out copy of the Return & Exchange Form (PDF) to:

No returns or exchanges on FINAL clearance items.

Items Shipped in Error:

If an order was filled incorrectly by Shade Clothing, please contact the Customer Service Department at 1.877.49SHADE (877.497.4233) as soon as possible. The correct product(s) will be shipped promptly and a return label will be provided to return the incorrect product(s).

Defective Shirts:

Shade Clothing will gladly exchange any product(s) with a manufacturer's defect within 30 days of the date it was received. Please contact the Shade Clothing Customer Service Department at 1.877.49SHADE to have this arranged. Shade will ship out a replacement product, along with a prepaid label, to return the defective product(s). Please fill out a copy of the Return & Exchange Form and include it with your return.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will not be refunded shipping and handling charges.


Shade Clothing gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or mail order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
